      The absolute worst company to ever get service from I cannot believe that there can actually be such horrible service from a company i am not lying I literally have 2 months trying to fully cancel my account, because they need a wet signature to cancel your account but they dont need one when you are signing up to take your money? And the representative along with the account managers always say yeah your account is submitted to cancel and then they say oh we never received the cancellation paper signed but they received my equipment that I sent over a month ago? What a complete joke. I get off the phone today and now they tell me there account manager will have to reach back out to me within ***** hours, Lord have mercy do yourselves a favor and NEVER do business with these people ever!

      System installed and showed garage doors open when they were closed before technician left but he said it would take a bit to update. Had him come back an hour later because it still showed doors open. The sensor magnets had come off both doors already. He corrected. Every time I went to arm system it would say one or more doors were open when they werent. 1st night, get notification that a door had been tampered with, company called and I told them its false alarm, tried to adjust door showing tampered and then it showed door being open after that and never good fix it so I bypassed and armed anyway. 2nd night, garage doors showing open, adjusted until said closed. Alarm goes off saying burglar entry garage doors, no call from company and no burglar. Never could get it to say doors were closed so just went to bed with system unarmed. Called to cancel next day, was within my 3day free cancellation period. I spent over 5 hours on the phone with at least 10 people trying to talk me out of cancelling and giving me the runaround about how to do it. Email addresses given werent any good, fax number given didnt work and if you dont get stuff back or post marked by midnight the 3rd day, you will be on the hook for close to $3000 for terminating their lengthy 5 year contract. I got one letter from an account manager saying I had to sign and return it before they would process a cancellation, which said I will owe $2700, yet the other form says Im within the 3 days. I call again and the tech argues with me that they didnt send me this letter saying I would owe $2700. I received it by email, printed it out and was sitting there staring at it reading off what it said and they still claim it wasnt sent to me. Ive sent everything back, including the 3 day cancellation letter by 1st class mail with tracking. I feel this is just the beginning and will be battling them claiming they didnt receive something, continuing to **** me, and/or saying I owe $2700. TBC

      Stay away from this company. their camera system constantly needs rebooted. only records partial videos. They give you the run around when you want to cancel. gave them my card info and they said my card was expired. smh I had just activated the card 30mins prior to calling them. i had to file a stop payment with my financial institution. I guess they'll get their payment when I decide to pay it. since they want to play ***** games.

      The only way I could get technical support was to upgrade my system which means I had to sign a a new contract. I was already upset and frustrated and so they had me sign this contract when I was in distress. Now they tell me that I couldn't cancel this contract because it it was more than 3 days when in reality contracts can be canceled within 30 days which was my understanding. I'm a little bit upset because now I've been without a security system for more than 3 weeks and they're doing nothing about it. I don't think it's very ethical that they try to sign me up with a new contract when I was distressed as it was. So I don't think I should have been held to this contract. And I think that they would have figured out a way for me to keep a hold of this contract even within the three days. I think this company is very unethical and I wish and I hope somebody will do something about it to help me out. And if I could give zero Stars I would because this is not right, this is unethical, and wrong.

      Worst customer service I've ever seen. Three hours on the phone. They still wanted me to go over their required "tech steps" . Yesterday I was told someone would call me at 10:00 a.m. When 11:00 and no call, I called them. After again (this is the third time) sending them a picture of the broken sensor, supervisor said he'd arrange for a replacement part. Needed the new part because of moving the door sensor for dog door installation telling me the door had been tampered with.

      Scam artists. The alarm system quit working around march thru several calls saying they would send out a technician in 2 weeks never came tried to cancel and they said we have to replace the panel and sign a new contract. We tried to cancel ti no avail they kept charging for a system that did not work. Avoid Alder security they are the real thiefs.

      This company is a complete scam!! Have had the panel for about a month and still no service and they wont let me cancel service. I either have to pay a bunch of money or find someone else to take over the service. There customer service department ***** no one has a clue what theyre doing!! They said they will send a new SIM card but I havent received it yet and when I messaged the ******************* who sold me the system about getting tracking information he told me to STOP messaging him!! Complete SCAM!!
