What a **** . Bought a necklace and they added an unauthorized membership charge of $19.95, to the tune of $99.95 from May to Sept. I did not catch the charge until 5 months later. How is this legal?

Same problem as everyone else. I got signed up for the membership when I tried to buy a T shirt. I canceled the membership but was still charged. I can not get through to anyone in customer service. What a scam posing to be Christian.

Do not buy anything from this company!!! Im not even sure how they are getting away with what they are doing. Their customer service is terrible. They dont answer the phone, but there is instructions to text any customer service issues. The response time is usually about 2 to 4 days and they do not address the concern you have. There is a hidden $19.95 membership fee that is charged about a week after the purchase. Even though I returned my whole order, weeks later, I still didnt receive a refund. I had to open a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back.

I purchased (4) bracelets for my daughters and myself from this website for $4.95@ piece. The low price should have been a red flag but I thought that since it was a supposedly "Christian "company, they were using these items to as a way to encourage Christianity. The initial charge for the bracelets was June 9 for $35.95. I have subsequently had charges for $10.00, June 12, $19.95 on June 19, and $19.95 on July 19. In checking the BBB complaints, I have now seen that I was enrolled into a "membership" in this company for $19.95 per month without my knowledge or permission. This is a scam company who lures you in with the low price on a desirable item and then keeps charging your credit card for this supposed "membership". I have no idea what I am getting for my supposed membership in this company that they are charging $19.95 per month for.

Same as most of the reviews here. I bought a t-shirt and I was inadvertently enrolled in a "club" that I never utilized. was not careful enough in reviews of my account and this went on for almost a year to the tune of $190. Most subscriptions give notice when they are debiting your account but I never got any warning that any activity was happening. Unbelievable to use the "Christian" moniker. Gives a bad name to Christians. Please close this horrible company down!!

*************** with false advertising. Ripped me off from a ******** promotion giving a free tshirt and just pay shipping. At checkout it stated, you will be enrolled in our membership program within 7 days of not cancelled. Im cool. Went to cancel after order was placed, they proceed to email back stating you will automatically be charged the first months membership fee of $19.99 for the FREE PRODUCT unless you ship back the free merchandise. Such a complete scam company. To claim you are Christian is an absolute disgrace!

*****, wish I had searched this company first before giving them my credit card information as what many have said here is the same experience I'm about to have. When checking out, I briefly recall mention of a membership that would be billed within 10 days. Thinking I didn't want to miss this window, immediately after purchase I emailed them stating I had no interest in the membership and to cancel any membership. I wanted confirmation that I would not be billed for it.Their first response completely ignored my request and they went on for an entire email explaining the membership program I already had no interest in. If anything, after their explanation I somehow wanted less to do with it. They clearly know their tactics are intentionally deceptive and have these responses scripted out. I again state my desire to move forward with cancellation. I get a generic email back and then another email saying it will be cancelled after the first month's payment is received. I respond again indicating I stated my intentions before the 10 day period that was mentioned and they proceed to respond referencing their membership policy and what not. Still no confirmation that I won't be billed - so just waiting for that charge to hit so I can deal with it then. A company who has customers telling them their tactics are deceptive/confusing/not clear should likely work to address those concerns. Clearly this is not something they want to fix - because it's intentional on their end to prey on individuals who perhaps won't notice. The BBB rating for them of an F is far too generous.

You order a t-shirt from this place and are then tied up in a monthly $19.95 membership. Supposedly, you agree to this at time of purchase, but the fact that all the complaints here are re: the unwanted membership, I'd say it must not have been that obvious at the point of purchase. What unscrupulous company requires a monthly membership to make a one-time t-shirt purchase? Seriously. Noone answers their customer service ph# and recorded message asks you to send a text instead. Just very odd. I sent a text and an email to them today and I better not be charged again. I'm already out $60 in "monthly membership fees". Come on now, Christian Divinity- you can do better than this.
