    My wife ordered some shirts with a cool design she found. We liked them! However, a few months later when we were looking closely at our credit card statement we found they had been billing us each month for a "membership". When we asked for a refund they said we should've known we signed up for one. We did not - it was not clear and we gave no authorization for a recurring charge. After several emails, they refunded all the charges.

    Yesterday I received an email thanking me for my order of the Christian Divinity Club for $***** They charged my credit card for a membership I did not order! Separate from that incident, I ordered a t-shirt in August. My receipt added on a Christian Divinity Club for freeBecause of yesterdays email I checked my records and they charged me ***** per month the rest of 2023 and then increased it to ***** a month for 2024. There are no email receipts from them about this fraudulent club the Gospel is free. There are Bible verse sites for free. How prideful and narcissistic one must be to steal from their fellow man while using ******* name in vain!

    Not happy with product delivery. Supposedly shipped November 28, *** and has not gotten here yet. I am really not happy. Placed order on November 8!,,

All of our tees are printed in house so sometimes it can take a few extra days to ship but typically these orders are delivered within **** business days via **** still.After checking your order it looks like it was shipped on November 28th via ****. After orders have shipped there is unfortunately nothing we can do to increase the delivery speed because the package is not in our hands. It looks like **** has still not delivered your order which means it was potentially lost or it is just extremely delayed. We feel awful this situation happened and hope the items you ordered were not for gifts. There is still a good chance your order will be delivered however we have gone ahead and refunded your account for the full amount you paid to help make the situation better.If you need further help please contact us directly in the future so we can help you resolve it directly.Best wishes and God bless!

    Zero stars if I could. STAY AWAY. I had the same experience. There is no clear indication that in order to even order products from their website that you are being signed up for a club. They take your money every month and it took me 3 to discover it was happening. Their standard response on here to complaints is just bullcrap to cover their shady business practices. Operating as a Christian company and then scamming anyone who just wants to buy a shirt....ridiculous. Somebody needs to shut them down.

    Hi *****,Thank you for reaching out to us and letting us know your feelings. Our goal is to help women around ******* surround themselves with God and ****** at wholesale pricing and also create a community for women to interact and join live devotionals led by our own Christian group leader.To buy products or join these devotional sessions you must be a member. The only way we can provide what we do is through the small monthly membership fee.You claim there is no indication on our website however this is very inaccurate. Every single page of our website talks about how we are a membership. We require all members to agree to the membership before they can purchase or create an account. We also send over a dozen emails regarding the membership within the first two weeks and purposely give members ******************************************* your situation, you purchased a t-shirt 70% off due to the membership. After reaching out about the membership you were refunded each month of your membership fees. We do our best to be reasonable with customers and understand their situation.We feel the outcome here for you was more than reasonable and hope in the future if you have a complaint you contact us directly.

    **** Stars I love the t-shirts. But as another reviewer said, they hide the fact that when you buy from them you're automatically signed up for a monthly subscription of *****.and they don't inform us. And then when you figure it out, they don't give you a refund.I caught this 5 months in not realizing that's what it was.So I talked to my bank. And because my card was given to them they can't do anything. So basically, this company is allowed to steal your money. It doesn't matter that I never once received an email from them or know that I even had a subscription account The lady said oh, I'll give you one month. Hello I never signed up for this. I never even knew anything about it. Oh, this is how we run our company. Everybody has to pay a subscription to save money.How is it saving money If we're paying money we don't even know we're paying?It's more like they're making money on people on the sly.I didn't hear a word from them until I emailed them asking for a refund. Never got one email from them that they were charging my card period! I never got an email from them at all! About anything! I had no idea. read reviews on. ********************************************************************** It's the same thing over and over. Lost $90.

Chrisitan Divinity is a members-only company that provides Christian products at wholesale pricing for our members and they also get access to our live devotionals, eBooks, and communication features.The only way we are able to provide customers with this much value is through a small membership fee. we make hardly anything from any of our products and no money from the digital content we provide.To make sure customers are aware of this we have it posted across the entire website and require customers to agree to it upon checking out. We also send about a dozen emails within the first 20 days to let you know about the membership and what you get access to.Obviously, there are certain circumstances where people can look over things so we are very generous and refund people what we are able to afford. In your situation, we refunded you for every single month of the membership so you essentially got a product at wholesale cost.We find it alarming that after doing this for you, you still decided to leave a BBB complaint. We did everything we could to make this right and ended up losing out financially. We understand it is concerning to sign up for things and feel misled but we do not know what more we could have done here.We wish you the best and hope this reply helps clarify things for you and also for future customers.
