5 starsI got the delta edition black pole. Easy install. I unfortunately didn't see the finial (topper) and threw it away. I contacted the company on their site asked them about it once we realized I threw it out with the box they shipped me a new one the following day. That is the kind of service you don't expect from companies in today's world. I don't review companies often they really have to do something wrong or go above and beyond modern standards and I feel this company did. **** was knowledgeable and polite while speaking to me and solved my issue in a few minutes through messenger. 5 starsOn 9-11-24 I updated a 15' pole I purchased in Sept 2001, with the Service First 25 ' Freedom edition. I have. upgraded flags , clips, I lock the pole to the base with a trailer lock. I fly two flags, 24/7. I have gotten a couple of friends ready to purchase their own! Adding two more Freedom Plate options. Love this Guys!!Review fromErin W

5 starsI ordered my flag pole about 3 or 4 years ago and I love it. It is the best flag pole kit I have ever owned. the people were very helpful and very friendly. Retired ARMY here. I absolutely love my 25' telescoping pole. When I had questions about products recently I was helped by ***** in customer **********************. He was easy to work with, provided solutions to me in a very timely way which exceeded my expectations. I love working with the people here. My pole has been standing tall with two 3x5 flags on it for months now and has withstood reported ********************* all types of *********** weather. Great quality products!
