I bought a 20 foot flag pole from them two years ago. The flagpole was beautiful but last winter and a big storm. The bottom section bowed a littlebit. I sent pictures of it to them and they sent me a replacement section. No questions asked when the section arrived. It was shorter than my original which they told me was because they redesigned the pole and made it four sections instead of three sections to make it stronger so they sent me an entire new pole for free. Their customer ********************** is better than any I have ever seen before. Great company and they are veteran owened

I already love this company based on the are locally owned and veteran owned in ****. Everything is made in *****...the website is very deceiving that products are *** based. When you receive the products, they are all labeled "PRC" (Peoples Republic of China). You must pay all return shipping, and on top of that, they will not refund you for shipping costs from the original shipment. Lookup "Service First Products" and you will see many complaints of deception and a business owner with extravagant spending habits on cars. So shameful!Old Glory Flagpole

5 starsWanted to share my thoughts on my purchase of your Freedom, 20' telescoping flagpole purchase this past July. I got the unit installed in September. I'm in *******, between ******** and *****, and due to the soil conditions here, and wind, decided to set my concrete base a bit deeper and wider for added stability. Since installed, I've gone through Hurricane ****** and a number of high wind events with no problem (took the pole down for ******). Very pleased with the tether kit for half staff usage. After the first five months, I'm very pleased with the flagpole and have received many compliments. The only area of concern is the solar light. The illumination is less than expected, and doesn't have an adequate dispersion angle to satisfactory illuminate the flag unless it is hanging limp and then only about the diameter of the light housing itself. Would definitely recommend this company and flagpole, both are first rate.
