      Outstanding service and product. My Freedom Edition flagpole and flag are flying in the front yard of my *******, ******* home. I highly recommend Service First.

      I am totally pleased with every product I have purchased. I purchased my flagpole from them almost 2 years ago. 30 telescoping Still bronze still standing. I purchased the dream lights flagpole Christmas light set this year. Wow. Amazing. Easy to install. Even had a string acting up. Instructions are perfectly clear on how to troubleshoot. Followed the instructions. 5 minutes. Works perfectly. I am sure as everyone has said. If I have a problem they will address and handle the issues. Thanks for your service.

      I have a 25' extendable flagpole with the premium light at the top and we love it. It is so easy to lower and then extend to full length. I am a 5' tall, 125 lb woman and I can do it all by myself. The pole is extremely sturdy and even held up in the recent Hurricane ******. We also have a wall mounted pole with the premium light at the top of the pole with rotating rings. We have nothing but great things to say about this company. Their customer ********************** is very good, and they go out of their way to assist with any questions.

      As always I purchase from ************************************* will 100% not disappoint! Outstanding quality merchandise, customer ********************** and support! I absolutely recommend this telescopic flag pole, and the solar light. Looks amazing and withstood a huge windstorm that took out power and downed trees just 2 months ago.

      Your flagpole and accessories are great however the solar light battery only last about two years which seems about right. I called about getting a new battery for it and your staff indicated that you have a new a better solar light and that you didn't sell batteries. My two year old solar light was was still working but was very dem at 5:00am in late November (shorter days). Your staff recommended that I purchase a new and improved solar light that would be brighter and last longer which I did about three weeks ago. Now the new solar light is totally dark (out) at 4:00am which means my American Flag if flying in the dark. I called and your response was that it is shorter days and will start working all night once the days become longer...in the spring. I asked if I am suppose to take down my flag ever night and put it back up in the morning during the winter and you just keep stating that it is winter/shorter days. Why didn't you tell me this when I purchased it? Why was my 2 year old solar light/battery still working (very dim at 5:00am but on)??? The new and approved solar light that I just purchased is not long lasting as my old one. Very disappointed because I gave you 5 stars until I experienced your new solar light. I totally understand shorter days and longer nights however I am not sure if it is because it is brighter and can not last 11/12 hours or if it is something else but your staff's only answer was wait till spring and it will last all night. Currently I am not sure what I am going to do with this beautiful flagpole, flag, eagle and the rest of your accessories with the flag being in the dark sometime before 4:00am when I get up to get the paper. Five stars on everything except your new solar light.

      I've had my telescoping flagpole with the solar powered illumination and gold eagle on top for several years and love it. I live in a very extreme weather state (110 degrees to -40+ degrees with lots of wind). While adjusting my flag, my eagle and light fell off and they promptly replaced it with new ones. Very appreciative. The only thing that I would ask that they look into is having an aluminum or metal s**** base for the eagle as the plastic s**** mount will wear out and break, like mine did. Overall, an awesome company/products.

      I purchased flagpole Christmas tree lights last year. One of the strands broke and I was sent a replacement strand. I changed the strand when I set up the lights this year and it didnt work. I contacted the company and they sent me 3 replacement strands within a week. The new strand works perfectly. I cant thank customer ********************** enough. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to buy a new flagpole.

      Flagpole and upgraded flag are amazing! I wouldn't recommend flying the flag that comes with the pole as it is very thing and looks like it's just printed on so it will fade fast. But other than that very happy with the quality and customer **********************! This was the missing part from my house!

      The company is so responsive to questions and concerns. First I purchased one of their telescoping flag poles and I got more then I expected. Fantastic product. I then purchased one of their light sets for flag poles and was very delighted. I was having trouble with two of the strands of lights. First let me say that I bought the set this spring and didn't get it mounted until this winter. I emailed the company and to my surprise they got right back with me and gave me some pointers of what to try. I found it was one of the string of lights, They said they would send me replacements. Now get this, I think it was out of warranty and that didn't matter. They wanted me to be happy with their product. How many companies would do this? I am rating them with 5. If I could, I would rate it ******* about integrity .Anything that I buy , flags , or things for my pole will come from them.
