      I hired Trajector Disability to assist with my SSDI claim 11/23.I was hiring an experienced lawyer but haven't talked to him once. I call, finally talk to someone, get the same standard answer, 'I will be updated when there is a change or if I need to provide any information". I filed my appeal, which was only denied because the previous lawyer submitted nothing, gathered my medical contacts for them, emailed new information on 4/9 and haven't received confirmation of receipt, after 4 additional emails. They have NEVER updated me, as I am watching my case move on the SS website. I was assured I would be contacted when my case went to the disability examiner, I wasn't. I filled out ten unexpected pages of paperwork, they also received, but did not notify me or explain them, it was a shock, as was scheduling a medical exam. This is too overwhelming to do myself which is why I truly need help. I contacted the disability examiner to explain why my paperwork is lacking. They have been trying to get contact information for a third party to fill out paperwork. They were given an old supervisor, a phone number, and nothing else. Nobody asked me for this, so I provided the correct information. This will likely cause a denial, has exacerbated my disability, and caused my doctor to change my medication dosage. I have strong medical evidence, including my doctor I have seen regularly for two years. It is disturbing that my complaint seems to be a pattern for this company. I need an attorney who is actually going to help me with things I can't do. I would like Trajector to waive fees if I get approval. I need a lawyer that will help me through the rest of the process so I have chance of approval, The new lawyer should get the fee if the decision is favorable, I'm not complaining about waiting and know it is a lengthy process, I will happily pay a fee for help that I receive and desperately need. I recommend getting your own lawyer, and do not recommend Trajector.

I appreciate the quick response and now understand the disability process and how they have been working for me. I appreciate the way this was handled, and my claim has been moving much faster than I expected. I also understand what information that they need from me. I do believe that Trajector is working hard for me, now that I understand the process. I will continue working with them and probably should have contacted my attorney sooner. He was very helpful in explaining the process and what to expect in the future. It was a misunderstanding on my part, and I am happy with the resolution.

      On March 17th 2023 Trajectory contacted me regarding a disability claim that I was trying to submit. They submitted the application and basically did nothing further. I had to request monthly updates, which for 8mths, they provided a cookie cutter response that there were no updates. In December they informed me, after I complained, that my case was just assigned to a case worker. They had no idea that it had been sitting for months with no movement. After firing them from the case and offering to pay them for the work that they have already performed, they informed me that they are waiting for my appeal decision, that they have nothing to do with filing, and would be taking their fee from whatever I am going to be awarded.They neglected my case to make the case take longer, so that their fee would be higher. Now they want to be paid for work that they are not, (and really didn't do in the first place), doing.Trajectory is stealing disabled Americans well needed money, and not treating them fairly. I understand that they think they did something and want to be paid. But, I do not agree that they should be paid for work that I have to do going forward.Before ending the business relationship I was told a couple of times that someone would reach out to me and they didn't even care to reach out to me until the denial came in.I've been in contact with the caseworker, been up the SS office and gotten more information than they ever attempted to get.Entering into this arrangement with Trajector is the biggest mistake that anyone could ever do. Their customer service is the worst

I agree that it was a ridiculously long time, and it saddens me to see how this impacts my clients.       I’ve been communicating with trajector disability about everything and they keep sending letters or emailing saying they need more information! I have given them all doctors I see and phone numbers and my counselor and the psychiatrist at the counselor office who prescribes my meds! I’ve had a thyroidectomy due to thyroid cancer but even before the cancer I was trying to get disability for borderline personality disorder ocd and depression and anxiety I haven’t worked for more thank two years and I filed like almost a year ago! Is anyone even doing anything about my case at all!?!?! My name is ***** **** ********* I am a single mom at 45 years of age of two beautiful daughters ******* whose 21 and ******** whose 5 and a preschooler please id like them to treat me right I’m feeling they aren’t doing anything on my behalf I even did the interview with the disability doctor they set up and make all Dr appointments and communicate everything! They always say it takes 6-9 months I thought whole point of going to a company like trajector was to speed up that process I mean that’s what they advertise I mean I started with them when they were Myler disability and they been trajector and it’s been more than frickin 6-9 months! And then they emailed me at 10:52 pm on a Saturday night , saying they haven’t heard from me when I text and call them all the time and communicate everything and plus they have my number! What the heck!!! Please is their anything the better business bureau is able to do for me in this situation?!?!? I’d be very appreciative! Hoping to be approved for disability please is thier anything you could do for me!?!?!?

      also the president of trajector himself called and spoke with me today and it was a misunderstanding that we clarified and he was very kind, understanding and professional even tho he seemed a bit distraught that I made a complaint, but to me that shows a man who does care for how is business treats the people it represents and how their perceived as a business as well and that’s type of people I would prefer to represent me, I was worried they weren’t taking me seriously but part of reason I have filed for disability is I have borderline personality disorder, it’s unique for each individual and for me one of the many fears I have is that people ain’t taking me seriously or disregarding me as if I ain’t important! I go to couseling regularly and use medication and I’ve made some progress and am able to recognize when my fears are rearing now and deal with them rationally, however I still feel I most definitely qualify for disability! And I am going to continue to pursue disability with trajector because I most definitely appreciate the way the president was so very professional and kind and understanding and still treated me good! But I thank the better business bureau for what they represent and how they also take people seriously! Thank you

      This place is horrible, there is no support or help, the only good thing they did was file an appeal when I was in the hospital for two months fighting for my life. I had to threaten to get a new attorney beginning of 3/2023 I spoke to mr h******* early in the month of 3/2023 call him anytime he was here for me what a bunch of lies!!! Never spoke to him again Since multiple request to speak with mr h******* this year alone told I couldn’t admins hang up on you, receive email stating returned my call let them know 4 months ago I no longer have a phone they have no idea who they are speaking with or communicating with, gave final notice to talk with mr h******* via zoom asap or I was hiring a local attorney, received email from a case manager let them know i spoke to a local attorney and I deserved the best representation that this is the biggest case of my life that I was hiring the local firm sent email requesting they file ************* form asap didn’t receive a response my new attorney is here locally I can’t believe the way my new attorney and his staff treat me with respect understanding explaining things to me taking the time out to talk to me let me know if they’re not available speak to their paralegal direct phone numbers no one time automated phone number I deserve the best representation I can have I had no idea the type of treatment that I would receive if I actually hired a local attorney with impeccable references and track record I’m now in a nursing home and my new attorney is here locally and they have come to meet with me you have no idea what that means trajectory disability is about attaining the most clients so they can get the most money and service them with the least amount of effort I’ve never seen anything like it Now I feel like I finally have someone in my court someone that’s gonna stand up for me and fight. DO NOT HIRE THIS DISABILITY FIRM

      I fired this company months before i got approved for social security & once i got approved they went behind my back & contact social security acting as if they were still handling my case & requesting & receiving payment from them after being fired before i was on social security

      Mr. *****, SSA must approve every single dollar that an attorney receives for work done on a Social Security case. Here, your case was approved and SSA authorized a fee for the work we did. This was approved last year by SSA, and SSA sent the fee to us over 6 months ago. Filing a BBB compliant about the fee process Social Security uses in improper and is slanderous. We'd be happy to discuss this with you further if you're willing to talk, but please understand we've done nothing wrong here and have followed the law exactly as required.

      I am not getting service on my claim and the company is lying to me about the services they have provided. They have told me that they are working on my claim while at the same time I am getting notification from the state that they have not received information

      I dont think I was represented properly which caused me to loose my case.I was harassed daily for paper work I had already sent in that they want you to fill out I honestly think they are scamming people. And now I'm unsure if this is a legit business?

      I have tried multiple times to reach out to you so that we can discuss the concerns you have, including phone calls and an email. With the phone calls, I have been unable to leave a message because your mailbox is full.  If you'd like to discuss your concerns, please give me a call back. I understand you're upset that things didn't go the way you had hoped. It's a lot easier to lash out against your attorney than to lash out against the government, but your anger and frustration is misplaced. My staff and I are the only ones who have been trying to help you, and we, too, wish the outcome had been different. 

       

      I want to make something very clear, though. You allege that we are "scamming people" and that "we are not who we say we are."  I can't tolerate such allegations, especially when I'm your attorney and have been fighting on you behalf WITHOUT BEING PAID.  Any fee I ever receive from any client is contingent out the outcome of the case, so if my clients don't win, I don't get paid.  Clearly I have no ulterior motive than to represent each client to the best of my ability and to argue the case as best I can with the medical and vocational evidence that is available.  Just because a client doesn't win doesn't mean I didn't do a good job representing them.  It is ultimately up to Social Security to decide if they believe an individual should be awarded benefits.  I can't control what they decide, and sometimes the facts of a particular case make it extremely difficult, or even impossible, to win.

      From day one they told me they were lawyers and they're not lawyers they're advocates they they haven't done anything that they said they were supposed to do I've done all the work and I'm not going to pay him I don't think I should have to pay him I think they need to be fired

      When I originally discussed the benefits of their help what I was told was not what actually took place. They guaranteed that I would speak to the same person regarding my case, not a bunch of different individuals each time I called or they called me. They said the only thing I needed to fill out other than signing my name was release of info for medical etc. And they would do everything else and if there was anything needed they would contact me so I could tell them. But every time they called it was someone different than the last person I talked to, I was doing all the forms 2 or 3 times because I would complete everything sent from SSI and then they would send it for me to fill out again. Anytime I called regarding how to answer one of the questions they would just say answer the question as it is asked on the form, I started with them 5/27/21 and since they couldn't seem to help me and I was still doing it all myself I stopped calling and taking their calls answer and received an email 10/21/21 that they were withdrawing from my case. I finally called a local law firm to help me after I received my 2nd denial from ssi (once they started helping me the only thing I had to do was sign my name and show up for any appointments, the lawyer did everything else.) and I just had my hearing 8/5/23, and was proclaimed fully disabled. Trajectory Disability has refused to release their fee even though they did nothing but attach their name and how much they want to be paid from all of my work to get disability. I don't feel that they should be awarded anything as they did nothing in the 5 months they considered me a client and then voluntarily withdrew. But if I have to give them anything I think it should only be a very small % and only to cover the 5 months for which they claimed me as a client. And I fully believe that is giving them more than they deserve for the lack of performance and assistance they actually provided...

      Thank you for taking the time to talk to me about your concerns. As you mentioned, we withdrew from your case when we lost contact with you back in 2021. At the time we withdrew, we had just filed your Reconsideration appeal. We hope that your concerns about the fee for our services have been resolved. Please remember that Social Security must approve the fee that any attorney receives, and you won't be charged "double." Rather, Social Security would allocate the fee between the two attorneys you've used, based on the time they worked on your case. We agree with you that it wouldn't be fair if you had to pay double the fee, and we can assure you this won't happen. 

      The next step here is for the fee petition process to proceed, and for Social Security to determine how the attorney fee should be split. If you have any questions or concerns on this, I'd be happy to talk again. You're welcome to call back at any time.
