Myler Disability now Trajector Disability has been a real joke. They represented me for my final appeal hearing in front of the SSA judge on August 10, 2022. From 2018-2021 I had done all the applications and appeals myself. Basically all they had to do was send paperwork for representation of me and go to the hearing. The lawyer I was assigned was certain my case would be approved and was kind of right. It was half approved but the judge said they were going to list my inset date for August 19, 2022 and not from 2018 when I actually became disabled. How IS THAT EVEN POSSIBLE?! ANY HOW so I was told that they would ask for the judge to look it over again and make sure the date wasn't written in error. Judge said no that was the onset date. So next we had to do a federal appeal and I hadn't heard anything so I tried contacting them several times and wouldn't get a call back. Finally I did connect only to be told they didn't represent me any longer. This whole time I've been waiting for the federal hearing for nothing. What this means is that I can not do a damn thing about getting any owed back pay having fought for 4+ years for SSD and losing so much because I wasn't able to work that is hard to swallow. What's worse is they keep billing me and the SSA still says they ARE MY REPRESENTATIVES

********, we need you to contact our office. We have made numerous attempts to contact you, but have so far been unsuccessful.

As you have shared in your letter to the BBB, your case wasn't approved as far back as you would have liked. We understand your frustration that you wish SSA had decided things differently. It has been over a year since that decision was issued and because you are so extremely difficult to get a hold of, some of our further appeal options have been limited. We need you to respond to our messages.

Also, please understand that significantly more work that you are aware of has gone into helping you. We'd be happy to discuss this, so feel free to call.

      Complaint: ********

I am rejecting this response because:
I was in contact with your office through February of this year when I was told that I was being dropped as a client. I was also in contact with the law firm that your office had sent my case to for the federal appeal. I completed the phone intake and certification they required and I was assured that I would have representation for the hearing.

After that it was probably 3 weeks later when I received a letter stating that that law firm wasn't able to represent me and that your office was notified and would be in contact. When I then called to inquire about the status I was told that I no longer was a client and my file was no longer open.

I do want to discuss it and did call you back today so hopefully you can return my call.
      Sincerely,

      ******** ******

********, I am sorry for all the phone tag. I've tried calling you every day this week, and today I tried 3 separate times.

You were informed by the other law firm that they would not be able to help you with a federal district court (FDC) appeal. After that, we were never able to get a hold of you again to explore other options with other firms that could have helped with an FDC appeal.

As you know, your case has been approved. While we agree with you that the ALJ was wrong for using the onset date he used, we exhausted all administrative appeals rights and filing in FDC was your only other option. Our normal FDC partner was unable to help you, for the reasons they explained. I assume that all other FDC firms would have given you the same answer, but because we then lost contact with you, we were unable to explore this further.

If you are having any problems with your current benefits, please let us know and we'd be happy to take a look. However, at this point nothing can be done about the onset date SSA used when approving our case.

You can call me at ###-###-####, ext. 133.

I received a phone call with no context saying to call them.I called them, and then tried to learn why they called me. They wouldn't tell me and then hung up on me.Then when I tried to call back no one answered. I was trying to determine if there is a case of identity theft, or why they called me in the first place and where they got my phone number, what name they had registered to the phone number etc.Instead they just refused to give me any info (after initially calling ME) and then hung up.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention, and for being so wiling to discuss this with us.

After further investigation, the reason we called you is because your name and number is listed as an alternate contact number for one of our clients. When our staff member tried calling her yesterday, she was unable to reach her and also tried calling your number. We apologize that the message our staff member left was ambiguous, and we further apologize that this same staff member wasn't able to give you a clear explanation when you called back. We'll be working with this employee and offering additional training on how to handle this better in the future.

If you have any further questions or concerns, please reach out to me directly.

I filed a claim for SSDI in Dec. 2020 on my own and was denied. I hired Trajector which had another name at the time around March 2021. They fought hard for me, after 2 appeals I was finally approved Feb. 2023. Thanks again!!! The problem that I have is SSA approved me for SSI for $21,000 and some. They paid me 16,000 and Trajector 5,000. Later they came back sent correspondence stating that I wasn’t entitled to the $21,000. I SSDI still owed me about $20,000 in back pay. So SSDI took the entire $20,000 from me to pay back the money that was send to me and Trajector. Trajector received the same correspondence as I did, so if I wasn’t entitled neither was Trajector. They did a great job for me but followed it up with straight dishonesty. I have been speaking with the SSA about this, I even filed an appeal about it, I am stilled waiting on a decision. Trajector were already paid attorney fees for getting me approved for SSDI. I haven’t heard anything from Trajector about the matter, but to take a survey. Now I am getting impatient because Trajector is trying to claim money that doesn’t belong to them.

Thanks for bringing this matter to our attention. We're grateful we were able to help you be successful with your case. We are sad to see the mistakes that Social Security has made here. I'd like to take a moment to outline what has happened, and to also explain how you and I have spoken about this and have addressed your concerns satisfactorily.

Social Security made a mistake when processing the attorney fee on this case. They sent 2 checks, instead of 1. We became aware of the mistake shortly after it happened and promptly returned the excess funds directly to Social Security.  That check was sent back to Social Security nearly 2 months ago. We have checked with our bank and have verified that they did receive that check and have since processed it.

Your money is with Social Security and they are required to now release it back to you. I'm sorry that the process has been so long and drawn out, and unfortunately it is entirely due to this mistake by Social Security. We've done our best to promptly make things right, and now we all find ourselves waiting, yet again, on them to finish things up.

Thank you for taking the time today to discuss this matter further with me. I believe that we both agree  this matter is satisfactorily resolved. If you have any questions or concerns, please let me know. I'm happy to help in any way I can!

We appreciate you trusting us to help with your case!

I've been with Trajector a couple years. Its very difficult and expensive to change lawyers on a disability case, or I would have done so sooner. They did not do any work (I filled out repetitive paperwork), they violated my privacy. They were incredibly rude and judgmental and I would never recommend going with them for a case. They did not wave their right to a fee, and they would if they had any decency at all.

Incompetent and ineffectual law firm. Utilized their services for SSDI claim. For 19 months, I continually called to ask the status of my claim and was told "Covid and admin delays". Once a SSDI claim goes over 6 months, it should be flagged for the supervisor. Finally after 19 months, TD called to find out what was up - and find out it had been sitting on the shelf not even assigned to anyone to work on. Then with my suicidal idealizations and combat PTSD, I was involuntarily committed about 3 months before my ALJ hearing. I called TD and gave them the info. Called up in May to ensure all documents were ready for the hearing in June. Go to the hearing, and my lawyer didn't even have that piece of documentation in my file, then gave me the excuse that "wasn't my job" - guess their salary paid lawyers on staff don't consider making sure your case THEY ARE PAID TO PRESENT is prepared when they present your case. They should stop advertising as a law firm, and as a bunch of overpaid paper pushers than can't even do that right.

********, your attorney spoke with you yesterday and explained where things are at with your case in the appeals process. We understand your frustration with how long SSA has taken to process your case. Your case hasn't taken any longer than the processing time for other cases, and no one has any ability to force SSA to work faster.

My complaint is concerning alledged Attorney ************************************ with Trajector Legal/Disablilty or previously called Veterans Legal. I originally filed a disability claim for my sleep apnea diagnosis with a company called Vet Comp and Pension and the disablity for that was originally denied. So Vet Comp and Pension referred me to Trajector Legal/Veterans Legal to appeal the decision. So they filed the first appeal in 2021 and it was denied. So then I communicated to them that I was no longer seeking this disibility and therefore would not need any further help from them. So Trajector Legal/Veterans Legal communicated back to me and said "ok we will no longer be representing you and they followed up with a letter to that affect, dated April 19th 2022. So after that I learned that someone filed another appeal after I stated I no longer needed services and this time I was compensated. I did not consent for this 2nd appeal however I paid the original company Vet Comp and Pension money owed for assisting in getting the service connection rating. Several days later I received a call from the alleged Attorney ************************************ stating that I owe him for services rendered. The first appeal was denied and no money is owed if we do not win the case. I did not authorize the second appeal. I have a letter stating that the alleged Attorney was no longer representing me since that first appeal was denied and as this is what we both agreed on. I called the alleged Attorney asking him to send me documents showing that I asked for his help after the first appeal was denied. He sent me paperwork from July 26, 2021 and that was the last time I signed paperwork regarding my appeal. The appeal was denied in 2022 so I no longer needed his services and we both agreed and both signed off on it. He is still harrassing me saying I owe him money and after researching I cannot find where he is practicing as an attorney. Paperwork that he has sent me has my forged signature

********, thanks for reaching out. Unfortunately, I believe you've mistaken our company for someone you've done business with in the past. Trajector Disability is based in **** and our practice is devoted 100% to helping people through the adjudication process for disability claims pending before the Social Security Administration. You are not and have never been a client of ours. Similarly, ********************************* does not work for us, and never has.

After doing a quick ****** search, it appears to me that ********************************* is the founder and managing attorney for Veteran Legal, LLC. Here's a link to his website: ************************. I would encourage you to address your concerns with ***************************

Unfortunately, there's nothing else I can do to help you in this matter. As an attorney, I take my responsibilities to my client very seriously. However, you are not my client and my company has never represented you.

Good morning, I initially reached out to Trajectory disability in April of 2022 for assistance with my disability Claim. Since then Ive never been called, or even responded back to about any information with my claim. I always called in to give updates but to no avail the information I was giving wasnt being forwarded. Ive spoken to someone at the disability office who told me that they had no information at all about my status of injury, as well as no information about my doctors visits etc. The only thing the office of disability had was the information I provided when I filed the claim before I quote unquote hired trajectory disability. Since the beginning nothing has been done on their part, so I simply would like to cancel all services and interactions with this company. I called numerous amounts of time asking to speak with a supervisor as I had done so before and requested all services be canceled. He told me he would email me a cancellation letter and for me to sign and then all services will be suspended. I never received anything but only letters saying I want to cancel and please contact us so we can maybe get things back on the right track. So at this point They are avoiding me and every time I call now the supervisor is always helping some one else but they always assure that I will get a call back that I never receive. I just want out nothing else, theyve done nothing Ive gotten nothing so lets all just walk away. please help please please

Thank you for sharing your concerns. As per your request, we have withdrawn from your case.

Your claim has been pending with Social Security and we agree that it has taken a very long time. Unfortunately, these delays are what everyone is experiencing right now due to slower processing times by SSA. When you say "nothing has been done" by our office, this is not correct, but I understand your frustration because you'd like to see things happen much quicker. These are concerns we are voicing not just to the local Social Security offices, but also to our elected officials in **************** We share your frustrations!

Please understand we haven't been avoiding you. You're hard to get a hold of, and this has been part of the problem. If you have further questions, please let us know.  To confirm, though, we have withdrawn from your case as you requested. We wish you the best as you proceed with your claim.

Mylar disability has been handling my SSDI case for almost 3 years.they only contact me if I threaten to fire them, they make no effort to contact me,I'm sending in paperwork ,not them and they give me the same nonchalant vague answers over and over.they said they expedited my case due to dire need and say my case is *** on the judges desk where it's been for 4 weeks and do they call me back?? No!! My Dr *** thinks I've got lung cancer on top of the chf,COPD,cardiomyopathy and severely enlarged heart..I don't feel they're helping at all and need proof that they're doing anything at all..im about ready to tell them to take a flying leap..if I don't hear from them soon they'll be history.3 years!!!! We're so sorry to hear about your frustrations with how long Social Security is taking. Your attorney spoke with you again yesterday and gave you updates on the dire need request he filed a few weeks ago. Pleas know that we are doing all we can to expedite this process, but the fact remains that SSA is very slow.

After your discussion with your attorney yesterday, it appears that your concerns have been addressed. Please know that he's happy to speak with you at any time.  We look forward to continuing to serve you.

Trajectory disability took took ****** from my February disability benefits for attorney fees. I already paid my full attorney fee from my initial disability payment. When I ask them about it Im told no one took nothing and that I am wrong. I explained to trajectory representative that Social Security told me and it shows on my statement that more attorney fees were taken. I want my ****** refunded because it was taken by mistake.
