Myler Disability now Trajector Disability has been leading me on for approximately 3 years now. They failed to communicate with me for over 2years. Thereafter 2 years, I contacted to find out what was going on with my case. The go to representative *****, would talk to me as though I were his road dog (very unprofessional).***** would consistently blow smoke where my case is concerned. I got absolutely nothing from this firm but miscellaneous BS. Now that I've been denied, the attorney **** told me that it would take up to a year to receive another hearing, in the meantime I am waiting for the hearing date for months on end. As a result, I called to see where we were with the hearing date. No one answered my calls. ***** was no longer with the firm.9 months later I received mail from another firm, which Myler/Trajector Disability, forwarded my case to without my knowledge or my permission, and they wrote that they could not take my case. What is going on now my case is just up in the air.Business Response

Thank you for reaching out via the BBB. We have been trying to contact you to discuss your concerns. Your attorney has left a couple messages and asks that you call him back at the number he provided in his voice message.
We have been doing all we can to preserve your rights and can discuss details if you'll call us back. Please understand that it is SSA, and not us, that has denied your case. Our mission is to help our clients through the administrative process with SSA, but please keep in mind that the long wait times are completely out of our control. We understand that this can be frustrating, but if we work as a team, and not against each other, things will go much smoother.
Please call us back. We're here to help.

I was contacted by trajector after I re applied for s.s.i. I've been on s.s.i 4 times due to severe mental health issues. My claim has been in since December of 2021.. I was contacted by trajector and told that it would help me get my benefits back. But it has done nothing. I feel as though they are just waiting for me to either get it myself or not. Then collect there fee. It shouldn't take two years for a decision. I only want them to do there job and get them to make a Decision or take themselves off my case. One or the other. I've been disabled my whole life. I'm in a very bad way financially and I need a decision immediately. Not in another two years and would greatly and to be notified on what is going on. Thank-youBusiness Response

Thanks for visiting with me today and for sharing your concerns about how long this process is taking. I agree 100% that this process takes too long, but as we discussed, this is due to the Social Security Administration and our leaders in **************. You and I, as average citizens, are unable to force our elected officials to provide more funding for SSA, other than how we vote each November.
As we discussed today, we will continue to provide you with updates on your case as frequently as you would like. As a reminder, you can always text us for a status update. You're also welcome to call at any time.
For status updates via text, be aware that there may be certain charges by your cell phone carrier that apply.

Thank you for discussing things with me today. Please know that we take the representation of our clients very seriously and do all we can to zealously represent you. Please call me with any questions or concerns.

I became a client after my SSDI was taking so long. I filed my own claim in October 2020 and was denied in my May 2021, I filed my own appeal in the same month. So I contacted TRAJECTOR to help expedite my claim they didnt contact me I had to make the contact and was given the runaround. I was told that my claim rep would call me back it never happened. The person on the phone didnt have any information and then told that SSA was waiting on some ******* comp information that I needed to send into SSA. So why did I need you if ** doing all the work. I dont believe that this company helps anybody. But wait to be compensated for doing virtually, nothing very unhappy, very unsatisfied and would like a response.Business Response

I was told when i hired them, they can and will reach a positive decision w/ soc.sec/disability no longer than 3 months. Its now been over a year and 2 denials later, im almost 85% legally blind, yet cannot get my claim approved? I have issues.Business Response

We have never told you or anyone else that we can reach a certain decision from Social Security within a certain time. We understand that you're frustrated that SSA has denied you, but as we've been discussing with you in our phone calls, we are filing the necessary appeals and will continue to fight for your case. We want nothing more than to see you successful in this, and we hope that the case is approved as quickly as possible. However, we cannot control SSA's decision making process, nor their time frames. SSA is currently taking longer than ever to make decisions and often those decisions are flawed.
We'll continue to work with you and to discuss any of these concerns with you. As we discussed last time we spoke, we continue to be at your service. We look forward to continuing to work with you.

I recently went blind and i needed to apply for disability. Tragectory disability contacted me and told me that my claim was going to be denied and that I needed them to navigate me through the process of applying. It's been several months now and they never did any work on my case. I've done everything myself. I told them that I don't want their help. I've emailed them telling them that I don't want their help. Yet they still plan on attaching to my disability and plan to steal my money. I asked them for an itemized list of what they have done for me and was told they don't do that. However, every attorney keeps detailed specific list of their work so they can bill appropriately. It appears that they are a scam and from the review's I've read I am not the only person that feels this way.Business Response
Date: 11/03/2022
****, we'd love to talk to you and help explain what's going on. First off, though, we're definitely not a scam. We've been around for decades and are the largest company in the United States that helps people obtain Social Security Disability benefits. We have an A+ rating here at the Better Business Bureau. Our rating on Google is also extremely high. We have tens of thousands of satisfied clients. We fight hard to help our clients and we can't sit idly by while you say we're a scam.
Earlier this week, you asked that we withdraw from your case because you feel that you no longer need our help. We immediately honored that request and submitted our withdraw paperwork. When you say we "refuse to allow you to break your contract with us," that's factually incorrect. While we're sad to see you leave, we aren't preventing you from doing so. In fact, just the opposite.
You also claim we're planning on "attaching to your disability" and "plan to steal your money." Nothing could be further from the truth. We've withdrawn from your case and have waived our right to collect a fee.
Fees that claimants pay in these Social Security cases are strictly monitored by federal law. No one can steal your money or "attach to it." Instead, every single penny that is received in fees must first by approved by Social Security. This is strictly governed by Social Security. There's no room for anyone to steal from a claimant because it's Social Security that reviews the fee agreement, approves or denies it, and then directly sends the fees to the attorney. No one is ever billed directly by their attorney in this area of law. However, this discussion is moot because we waived fees when we withdrew on your case. You won't be paying anything, ever, for the word we did on helping get your claim filed.
We understand that you're upset, but we'd encourage you to give us a call so that we can discuss these concerns with you. Either way, be assured that we immediately honored your request and withdrew our representation on your case. We waived fees, too. We sincerely wish you the best as you proceed with your case.

Its pretty obvious theyre trying to scam me out of some money which they have not worked for. How should I proceedBusiness Response

Thanks for taking the time to talk to me about your concerns. As we discussed, you've confused our company with another company. At Trajector Disability, we represent people seeking Social Security Disability benefits. We've never represented you and until today, had never had any interaction with you. We are sorry to hear about the frustrations you are having with this other company. We encourage you to contact them directly, or to visit their BBB page and voice your concerns there.

I started using this company in March of this year. Eight months in the process of filing, I do not geel that I am getting my money's worth. I feel that the firm should help the client out not sit back and do nothing. Every time I have called I would have to leave a message and wait a week for a return call. I would askabout my case and I would be told the *** IS % on working your case and wi will check back with them in 30 days. Today I decided to call Social Security myself and they looked at my file and gave me another number to call. It is the department who is making the medical decision. This person proceeded to tell me that my case hasn't be started on the review process. I like many other people are still in line waiting. Which is n I t what I was told from Trajector. I just made a comment about having to wait 10 months with a lot of money going out and really nothing coming. He told me that he might could escalate the process if I was hurting for money, he asked 3 questions and then put me on hold. He came back and and told me to call back on Friday to verify that someone has started on my case my complaint is why am I doing the company's job.Business Response

Thanks for taking the time today to discuss your concerns with your attorney. As was discussed during the phone call, the delays that you're experiencing are due to Social Security's backlog and lack of funding. We're here to help you through the entire process, though, no matter how long it takes. As you know, you're attorney is happy to jump in and help where we can, as well as answer any questions you have.
We hope that this resolves your concerns that lead to this complaint. If you have further questions or concerns, please let us know. We're here to serve you.

I contacted Trajector to file a SSA Disability claim in June 2022. I was denied due to not enough work credits. Being that this was all I asked their assistance with and the lack of correspondence with them, I thought our business was over. I have since been submitting my own medical info in myself. Skip to October 2022, out of the blue I receive a random email asking for an update on my current doctors and everything. I'm scratching my head because for one I haven't heard anything from these people since June and I'm wondering why they're asking for my updated medical information. So I contact them and ask what the heck is going on because I thought my business with them was done. I had received not one letter in the mail from them, nor email since June 2022. They informed me that they're still working on my case and I'm asking what case because what I hired you guys for had been denied months ago and if you applied for anything else, I should have be told about it. My phone number changed a couple of months ago and I did not contact them with a new number because I thought to my dealings with them were done. But they knew it wasn't, my home address didn't change nor did my email address, why wasn't I contacted? Why was the last letter I received from them or email back in June? Their attitude about the whole situation is very nonchalant and I have talked to two different people. I told them that if they can't communicate with their clients then I don't want them representing me because I've been doing everything on my own. They act as if they don't even care about the people that they represent or pretend to represent. I said I want a new team because they act like they don't care and not staying in contact clients is not okay. Was told I couldn't do that so I requested to end my business with them. Got the run a round about needing to speak to a supervisor for that and of course the supervise isn't available. I want to be done with them!Business Response

Thanks for taking the time to discuss your concerns with me today. As your attorney, I'm committed to help you through this process and offer you the representation you need.
Thanks for sharing with us your new phone number. As I mentioned, we've been emailing you, but it sounds like you didn't see the email we sent in August. If there's an issue there, it is probably now resolved because you did receive the email we sent out yesterday. Please know we're committed to staying in contact with you and providing updates on your case. The case that is still pending is part of the application you reviewed and signed back in June. We're happy to explain more if you have further questions.
If you have other concerns or questions, you are welcome to reach out to me directly. I'm here to serve you.

I am rejecting this response because: There isn't an email that they sent in August, not in my inbox or Spam. The 2 other Representatives stated that the last email sent was in June and (I received) that they had been trying to reach me by phone. Now he comes up with some long list made up email that nobody else even acknowledges. The whole thing just doesn't make sense. If they were truly trying to get in contact with me they would have sent a letter stating so. Of course they didn't because they weren't trying to get in contact with me. Once the paperwork was signed they just all went ghost. Their stories don't even match up, I've spoken to three different people. They don't care about their clients at all. The 1st lady that I spoke to inquiring about what was going on actual hung up on me, like who hangs up on their clients? Then the attorney who's supposed to be handling my case tells me that he's the one that should be mad and that he forgives me. Really? I don't want to deal with this company not one second longer.
Sincerely,
