    I can not recommend BRD Pest Conrol. Their practices are shady. They conveniently leave out crucial information that *** definately need to know, that would help *** decide not to do business w/them. When the salesman halfway explained the services, he handed my husband the Tablet for my husband to sign. My husband told him he didn't want to sign anything w/out reading it; so the salesman handed me the tablet. My husband asked him what I was signing. He said I was signing that he had explained the services. When we finaly saw the agreement on the conputer, we saw the ugly parts they don't want *** to know until it"s too late.It claimed that I had read the agreement, which neither my husband nor I did because they do not carry any paperwork w/them. He also did not tell us that we could not cancel the agreement w/out paying them 80% of the agreement. They claim they can sue *** & *** are liable for court costs. In my opinion this business is not honorable. We are reporting them to the BBB

    Total scam and trick you into a contract that they make impossible to change. They dont care about their customers and dont try to fix a problem or make a fair resolution when telling them they were sneaky and dishonest. Just out to s**** people and use pest control you can get at **********. Cancelling with them is an impossible hassle and they simply do not give AF if you are upset with their service. It took me over a week of calling them over and over to finally get ahold of someone to ask for help and they gave me no other option other than to pay 80% of a year long contract cost!!! to start the cancellation process. Absolutely ridiculous and unfair when they were the ones that lied in the first place.

    Buyer beware! If you need to use a pest control solution, use someone else. We have had nothing but problems with BRD. From the misrepresentation of the service terms by the salesperson at our door to the unresponsive customer service crew on the other side of the phone, they were terrible to deal with. I eventually cancelled the contract which unleashed another saga of pain. Then, after cancellation they had the nerve to text us saying we were schedule for an upcoming treatment as if I had never cancelled!

    Not at all worth the money. They did not contact me prior to arrival as I was told. The ***** were not cleared of wasps nests or cobwebs and it does not look like they put any granules in the yard. I am not at all satisfied with the service provided.

    Not only did this pest control company fail to do their job properly, but they also had the audacity to charge me an early termination fee for their abysmal customer service! It's like paying extra for the privilege of being ignored and mistreated. Save yourself the headache and stay far away from this company

    Read the fine print before signing anything! These guys will lock you into a contract without telling you. Have seen no results as well. I have a dog so they only spray my front yard without even telling me. They have zero communication on when they are coming and or charging. Would not recommend this company to anyone!

    Do no sign a contract with this company. Promoted aggressively door to door with pressure to sign on the spot on a small tablet. I thought I had negotiated a price $50 that was reasonable for the service but turned out to be for the first service visit only. Subsequent visits were $130 and I found I had signed a contract for a year at that price. Service seems competent but at about 15 minutes a visit not remotely worth the charge. I should have known better. Sales approach had all the classic ear marks of gypsy driveway coating promotions

    Do not sign anything with them. ******* said was a year contract, but was 18 months. Nothing about a cancellation fee, which is 80 percent of all services not yet completed... After the first spray they ghosted me for two months and I assumed they forgot about me, so I did all the work myself. Then the finally want to schedule again, told them no don't need them I was highly dissatisfied with the work with the amount of ants and wasps they missed. Per the contract they were suppose to be back out ***** days, yet that is breaking contract. Nor did they say I could cancel within three days like ***** statue ******. Very pushy, no matter what they do you are still in the wrong on the contract.

    Tricked into signing a contract-she said she needed my signature to charge my cc. Also said I could cancel but that it would be better to wait to call until it was closer to the next service. Totally dishonest. (***** will catch up to her) After the first service we determined that our previous pest control company did a much better job and we had notable results-with the other company. Talked to a manager told him the story-that she said I could cancel, that I was tricked, and that we were not happy with the service-he said theyd send them out again (why would I want something again that should have worked the first time) I declined as I had the other company come back and thought Id be able to cancel. Not so! He did not help-basically said you pay either way-to get out of the contract or stay. My most recent service a 15 min walk around spray cost $130.Unbelievable! Looking forward to the day the contract is over!

    I signed a contract for services that were fine a few years ago. As time went on I noticed the services getting worse and worse. I asked them to remove wasp nests repeatedly and after the visit it would still be there. I read my contract and it specifically asked to cancel in writing. I sent an email with the cancelation request in writing. They responded that cancelling in writing is what the contract is, but I had to contact an account manager by phone before they would cancel. That is not in the contract and they admitted it to me. We have made repeated attempts for 2 months now by leaving phone messages (they didn't ever answer the phone) and by emails. They continue to try to schedule appointments and say that we haven't cancelled. I am tired of cancelling over and over again with no results. I removed my credit card from the web portal so I wouldn't get charged and will file a complaint if any bills are sent to me. So frustrating!
