    This company peddles a natural solution to pests. We ended up with more bugs than before they started coming. They were told to close the account and not come back, yet 6 months later they are still charging us. Every call to them brings a different story and excuses. We have security video of their employee looking through private boxes on the porch on a service, which was sent to them with no response. After threat of a lawsuit, they say they have closed the account, but not after pulling one more charge out of our account without authorization!

    One again they are making excuses for their poor service and dishonesty. This company has multiple complaints of the *** nature. They have shady employees and sell a product that absolutely DOES NOT WORK! They overcharged us hundreds of dollars after they were told their services were no longer welcome on our property.

    Breach of contract .. supposed to have full yard treatment they cant use granules if they fog if they fog they cant use granules , the pharamones they brush on with a pole brush didnt do anything, still have wasps , flying insects , ************* 20 ft from house cancels anything they put down because its water soluble..

    We are properly licensed through all states we service in and each service pro is properly trained and licensed through their department of agriculture. As far as the individual city, many cities require you to have your up to date insurance which we do and have all the proper state and department of agriculture license. We can check in with your city to see what they require as it isn't a typical brick and mortar store with an actual physical location. Many times services that are hired are different, but we will check in. Thanks for checking in with this. 

    We are so sorry you still are dealing with some wasps. Wasps can be difficult. Pest Control isn't going to be perfect, but we will do our very best work and will come back if there are ever problems. We also give free return visits if there are problems between service. We are absolutely willing to do granules and fogging, however we need to wait at least 10 days after treatment to apply a different product. We will always follow the law and the label (the label is the law) with products. We take pride in doing services correctly and ethically.

    NOMO pest solutions is a SCAMMER company. They promise to provide pest treatment. What they actually do is scam hardworking people out of money. They convince people to sign a 6 month contract... once you sign... you can't cancel without paying a $140.00 fee. They have no reason to provide ANY customer service. We still had spiders in our back yard. They didn't come on time... and or they came when we asked them not to. All this company is a RIP OFF to get people to sign the contract. Once signed.. they just steal your money. DO NOT TRUST THESE SCAMMERS.

    Can you give us a quick call about your account? If there are continued pests, we offer free reservices between regular visits. There has yet be a problem we haven't been able to fix when people contact us. We will come back as many times as necessary to fix a problem. 

    We also can go over your service agreement when you can. The agreement is simple only 1 paragraph explaining it is a 12 month agreement, and to receive the initial discount you need to agree to 12 months of services on a quarterly basis. If the services aren't completed we only ask for the discount back. This was explained through our rep and signed service agreement. Thank you!

    Nomo Pest is a company that does not follow their own contract. The contract says they will come out every month to spray the yard. If you ask them, they will spray the inside of your house. They have a one year contract for $60.00 plus tax a month. They have a cancellation fee of $200.00. I started the contract in July of 2022. They said they would set up appointments each time, they do not. They sprayed inside and outside in July, They sprayed my yard in August. No appointment, they just showed up. They did not spray inside like I wanted. They did finally come to my house to spray the inside in October 2022. The only reason they were here in October is because I called and asked them to come out. It took 3 phone calls and emails to get them to respond. They came in and very quickly sprayed around the floors. They then left the bottle they were using and said I could do it myself if I needed to spray again. No one came out in September, November or December. They came out the last week of January and texted me to ask if I wanted them to do the inside. I was at work and unable to leave. I have no way of knowing if they sprayed or not. I originally started this contract with them because I had recently moved into this house and it had bugs. I had to do my own exterminating inside in August and September. Which also means I had to pay for the sprays and bombs that I used. I would like to get out of this contract. I do not feel I should have to pay the $200.00 since there are 3 months they did not follow the contract, and never came out. That would equal $180.00. Plus the cost of the supplies I had to purchase which were well over a months cost. I have tried to cancel. They do not allow it. They say they will make it right and then they do nothing. They keep taking the fee out my account. They broke the contract. I just want out of it.

    We do offer free return visits between our regular treatments. Please give us a call. We can easily go over the agreement along with the recorded welcome call upon signing the agreement in which it was explained and agreed to. 

     

    Again if there is ever a problem with service, we will gladly send someone back out at no additional cost. Pest control isn't perfect which is why we offer the warranty to have us come back. 

     

    We are here for you and want you to be a haply customer. The discount you received to sign up is the only thing we ask per the agreement if you cancel before the year is completed.

    I signed up for Nomo in May 2022. My first service was excellent. My second service they only completed half because the indoor sprayer was not functioning, they said they would come back within two weeks. After 4 weeks I called them and they finally sent someone out. The tech refused to do part of my cellar due to fear of “evil spirits”. The rescheduled my September service and moved it to a day that I was not available, so I switched it to October 13th and they still came more than a week before unannounced. With all of the issues I asked to cancel my subscription. They said I have to still pay the incomplete too early October service and the discount fee of $210.

We can easily figure out the scheduling issues and make sure the communication is the way you receive them. We do see that if there was any time we have come to your home we have notified you beforehand. We can either call, text, or email or all to help you. Just give us a call and we can help you and work this out. We would much rather continue services rather than charge back the discount we originally gave you. We are easy to work with.     Technician came to my home September 19th 2022 without knocking on the door or announcing himself. I opened my front door and told him to get off my property. He proceeded to step up into my face and scream obscenities,then proceeded to walk down my yard facing my neighbors home and scream at the top of his lungs "broke a** b**** can't afford my services". I called the office number to complain,cancel my services,and to know what they planned to do about the situation. They charged me the full cancelation fee and told me this wasn't the first time the specific technician had acted this way with customers and that it would be more then a light talking to he received. I find it very alarming the company continued to intrust this employee with sensitive information like their customer's home addresses after being made aware of his mental state. I'm not positive this is something BBB handles but I do believe the company itself should be held to a higher standard and this complaint should be taken seriously in regards to me and future potential customers of this buisness and our safety.

    They charged my bank account 2 weeks ahead of scheduled charge so my bank account is going to overdraft and cause my 120 in overdraft fees, the salesman that came to our door and sold us the pest service told us theyd give us a discount on the initial service as long as we signed up for a 12 month contract, and stated that if we wanted to cancel the service they politely ask that we pay back that initial offering. Did not state to us that we had to, so now we are stuck having to pay 230 for a cancellation or keep paying 130 every 2 months for a service that does not work. These are not ethical business practices. No one at the physical location stated on their business ****** page and very hard to get in contact with over the phone.

    Nomo Pest Solutions is a company that goes door to door offering unsolicited pest control services.Having no concerning infestation or real pest problems to address, they ultimately sold it on the basis of mole removal being a secondary effect as a consequence killing the stuff it eats, and for signing ** they'd also throw in the added mosquito treatment as well as treat the garage and around the shed without the cost.After laying out a few details of the service agreement, he said they'd be back to start later that same day. My only question was to have a peek at Nomo's MSDS to which he could not provide at that moment but assured me he'd have upon returning later on.When he failed to present upon returning, I gave the benefit of a doubt as he made it clear he was training a new hire.After continuous failure to produce this document and instead the puzzled bewilderment it seemed to cause, my initial doubt began to dwindle.After the initial service appeared to be everything promised, knocked down all the cobwebs, garage, shed, culminating in ~40 mins, etc. the follow-** in Sept was just under 15 min. Each and every service that followed was less than 5. ~3 mins on average, and thanks to a certain paranoid neighborhood watch mentality that's developed in this neighborhood over the past few years, these claims can be satisfied without the need for exaggeration or guessing. While the provided photos are ample proof of Nomo's utter failure to fulfill their bogus contract, the timestamped footage that's accumulated since reaching out on social media is so overwhelming substantiating it surpasses the point of absurdity.That said, I feel comfortable requesting a refund in full for the damages incurred for the so-called services received. No service rendered in fewer than 5 mins can justify what they charge, and unless they've got documentation to dispute these claims, I'll be presenting what I have to the media, unless legal action is determined necessary

    We at Nomo want the services to be performed and each area promised to be treated in full. We do have gps record that shows we were there longer than the customer claims. We also have the best equipment to be efficient.
    If there is ever a problem we do make it known that we will come back at no extra charge.
    The initial service usually takes the longest because there is a lot of cleanup etc. The later visits are maintenence and although we still do the full service, marital it will take less time.
