      This Company has very deceptive business practices in regards to their contract. Once the contract ends they still service you and charge you and take money out of your checking account. Very very unprofessional. Stay away.

      So five months ago a Saela salesperson showed up at my door, I invited the young man (20 years old maybe) inside and we started talking about the service. I was going to go ahead and get service, as I was going over everything on his tablet I noticed there was a box to check for reoccurring payments. I told him many times that I was not going to initial that box because I wanted to try their service first before signing up for continued service. He began getting aggravated and began cussing at me in my own home, I told him to forget everything and get out of my house, even after leaving he was still shouting and cussing at me from the street! I then called the office and spoke to a supervisor and told him the entire story, I also told him that I was not interested in any service from them and he assured me that there would be no service and that I would not be charged anything ( I had given my credit card info on the tablet before the young man became unruly). Five months later now and I checked my credit card online to find out that two weeks ago I have a charge of $130.79 from Saela pest control. I call their office to try and solve this, they tell me that they have no record of my phone number or other info. After demanding that they remove the charge the lady told me to send a screenshot of my online credit card charge to their billing website, I do exactly what they told me only to get a message back after trying to email them with the screenshot that the email has been blocked, unbelievable! Everyone do yourself a favor, if you see a Saela person come to your house tell them to leave immediately.

      If I could leave no stars I would. They falsely represented themselves as being local. THEY ARE NOT. They attempt to threaten with erroneous fees for service if you attempt to cancel. DO NOT USE THEM.

      This company represented their self as someone working with our HOA to my husband-they came to our door (which it is illegal to do in our neighborhood) and put pressure on my husband to do the pest control service. My husband has been suffering from physical and brain injuries - he had to two strokes, bleeding on the brain and severe concussion which has created issues with his concentration, memory, and ability to understand. The service person had my husband sign something on his phone which my husband thought he was just signing for his credit card to be used. I was not home at the time. The man gave my husband a price which later was tripled from what he had said after two months. We called the company, sent a letter and wrote on the bills that we continued to receive after we told them we no longer wanted the service due to 1. Service was poor, 2.Cost of service was not what my husband was told, 3.we did not feel we needed to pay a cancellation fee especially since we never saw a contract and was not aware that we had signed a contract - and also it was done fraudulently. We received a bill yesterday for $659.95 of which we did not receive services. This is a bad company to work with - taking advance of elderly ill people and calling them all the time, sending bills constantly and expecting them to pay for services not received and for not fulfilling a contract which we were unaware that my husband had signed on the service person's phone!! We were told the only way we could cancel was to have it in writing and we have done this various times. When calling the person says they can't help, you need to write a letter - well that apparently does not work either. ***********************

      Saela salesman reached out to me for treating moles. Service man conviced me will take care of moles, as we dont have seperate moles service, they bundled with Pest control service and promissed will treat moles until you have pest control service withus. They charged my credit card with $458.85 for starting the service. Service man kept traps, but not able to catch any of the moles and service guy left the company after a month. When I called Saela customer ********************** complaning about moles, they told you moles service is only valid for 45 days and now they stop treating moles and want to continue with pest control service for which they are charging ($129.89). After 3 pest control services, I requested cancellation of service,, but they keep charging my credit card even after cancellation . Till now I paid $745.63. Even if you check the contract, I paid more than mininum obigation amout, but they keep charging my credit without my permission even after cancellation of service. This is company is terible and it very difficult to deal with them. Never subscribe to there services and dont write any contract with them as they dont keep promises and more over charging your credit card even after cancellation.Billing Method: other EasyPay: No You, , authorize Saela to automatically charge all billing method(s) above and on file for all services, fees, and taxes related to this Agreement. The total minimum purchase obligation for this Agreement is $559.95 (plus tax).       I had service with them for some time. They were charging far more for less service than all of their competition. I decided to switch services and was hit with massive cancellation fees. They tried to "bribe" me to stay on by reducing rates and adding services. It felt like a total scam. I asked why suddenly they would charge less and offer more services after gouging for so long, and all I got was a story about this being a special "manager" discount. This is terrible service and the company is terrible to deal with.

      I informed that I wanted to cancel the service, but they showed up anyways. I told the service guy to not perform the service. The service guy told me on the phone that he did NOT perform any services. then I received a bill and was told that services were performed. You will see this same practice in other complaints when you want to cancel the service.

      Terrible customer **********************, they send me to collection after I cancelled my account after full filing my 2 year contract and they came 2 additional time, when they called that they were here to spray, I told them not and they did it anyway, so I called to find out why I am in collections and she (*******) say the person you spoke with can not terminate your contract only a account manager can, so why the representative never told me, I dont know and she said its my problem and I have to pay

      Horrible service and customer **********************. Do yourself a favor and dont use. They lock you in to a contract and dont let you out. Services are garbage and dont work and then they try and sell you on more c***

      After having Saela for a year, we decided to cancel it as it's just hard to afford in today's economy. Well it started with calling, where I was then told the representative did not have the credentials to cancel, so they would have to transfer me to a manager. I was on hold for over 30 minutes with no answer. I hung up and called back after seeing some reviews of the same experience, and told them I work for a law office and would not hesitate legal action if they did not get my account cancelled. They told me they were escalating my call and a manager would call me. Fast forward 7 hours and nothing. I then called back three additional times, and didn't get a hold of a manager until I really started to lose my cool and tell them they needed to tell their "manager" that I will not hesitate legal action if I don't speak with somebody. One person hung up on me, one still pulled the credential BS and finally somebody connected me to a manager. It should not take an entire day to cancel an account I had every right to cancel. I was honestly considering restarting the services in the spring, but after talking to my boss, who is an attorney, and after such c*** treatment, I don't trust this company as far as I can throw them. Their services are fine, but absolutely not worth the headache to cancel when you need to. Just tacky and poor business technique. Stay far away from this company. They don't care about their customers, they just care about their profit. I will be terminating my mosquito spray services as soon as I'm out of the contract for that as well, which I anticipate will be another headache to cancel.
