    Paid for what they call a "luxurious packaging" instead I got the chepest terrible quality thin box. Have tired to contact them multiple times but no response or the email does not exist.

    I am never ordering anything from this company again. In January, I ordered two vest and tie sets. I didn't receive one of them until May, and I never received the second. Several emails to their customer service went unanswered, and as many messages left on their customer service line went unreturned. I am beyond frustrated, and I encourage everyone to order from a more responsive and competent company. *Extremely* disappointing.

    wish I had check with the BBB before I paid fighting with sophisticated gentlemen Did not get anything at all Do not do business with this SGT they do not delivery and took $79.77 from me

    I ordered a few times and canceled the order a couple of days later via email, but I never received an email response, I also called them numerous times to their customer service but it's a dead end...

    Ordered a tie/vest set back at the beginning of Dec '23 and never received it (it is now mid Jan '24). Had to go elsewhere to get what I needed. Filed a dispute with my bank (they actually charged twice: oncer for the transaction and another 58 cents for I don't know what). I guess it is "buyer beware", especially around the holidays. :(

    I ordered my vest for my wedding two months ago and have yet to get it my wedding has passed and I had to purchase it locally and have yet to receive my vest or a refund

    I placed seven orders for ties and vest sets in mid-December 2023. I received the free tie rack at the end of December, which was small and cheap, which was disappointing. I spent over $200 with this company because the pictures are beautiful. I never received the rest of my order. When I tracked it through their website, it showed they delivered it on January 3, 2024, and left it in my mailbox. This was not true. I sent this company two emails and called customer service to no avail. I went to the United States Post Office to check the tracking numbers, which were all the same for different orders. The manager at the post office said the tracking numbers are bogus and this company is a scam company! It is a fake! Fortunately, I paid with my credit card. I filed a dispute, and they will refund me. Do not trust this company. This is a foreign company, even though their customer service number is in Utah. I finally received a poorly written email from them today with a GMT +3 time zone, which proves they are a foreign company. I will not recommend this company to anyone. I will never order from them again. I am so disappointed and hurt because I ordered these ties and vests as Christmas gifts.

    I ordered a tie, cuff links & pocket square December 7, 2023 for my mom's 95th birthday party. It was to be received in 5-7 days but I just got what was supposed to be it. What I received in the mail today, January 2, ****, were 3 small brushes, a buffing rag and a pair of black rubber gloves. I called the number listed on their website but no one ever answers the phone so I continue to leave messages. I've emailed them but never received a response. Please DO NOT order from this company as I believe it to be a scam.

    Ordered 12/15..Read some reviews and just knew this company was a Scam. Ordered $100+ ties and didnt receive a confirmation. I emailed the company a week later & response received next day. Received the 3 tie sets I ordered today 12/29 but not the free tie rack
