    I placed an order for a vest and tie. I'm more towards large than medium, so ordered that. When it arrived, it was too big, so I asked if I could send it back and get a medium. They asked that I return it, but the cost of shipping to ***** was almost as much as the whole package. There was a US address on the package as the sender, so I asked if I could send it there. They replied that they would send me the medium, and just keep the one I have.Many of the other reviews here are not great, but they did treat me well on this one.

    Ordered three ties 5/30/23 for Father's **** Request for status, company gave me a crazy tracker. Two ties arrived vs three via a "********" in ************, *******; no reference to Sophisticated Gentleman in *****. Also no gift boxes for the included as promised. I sent request for 3rd tie, stating no longer wanted to do business w/this *** and requested explanation of the mailer. Only got two email responses stating same thing: new tracking with prior shipping history and reminder of how long it takes to receive item. Quality of ties is not good. I ordered a few yrs ago and had no issues. Something happened to this company. Do Not Order from this Company!!! 6/21/2023

    I have placed and received many items from Sophisticated Gentlemen and I have enjoyed them all. I recently placed an order for a shirt and it was not available. They have worked with me to give me an alternative that I wanted and they have shipped that. **************** has been really good in my experience.

    This is a 100% SCAM business. I ordered over $100 worth of ties from this company in December and never received them. They kept sending me their fake ******* tracking information from some fake shipper claiming that **** delivered the package which of course there is no tracking number so there is no record of it. They make you think their company is in Europe but it isnt.

    I placed a Christmas order and didn't get my product on time so had to cancel. Unfortunately, somewhere in the cancellation process, my order didn't get canceled. I received the order. It arrived in great shape and was carefully packaged. I know there has been a problem with many vendors in getting their products delivered on time. Ultimately Sophisticated Gentlemen bent over backwards to make me happy. I really appreciated their effort and certainly wanted to be sure to give a good rating because despite their best efforts, it didn't happen. The quality of the ties I ordered were quite beautiful and were as depicted on their website. When I'm in need of something along this line I would certainly contact them again. I gave 4 stars because I didn't get the tie in time for Christmas and had to spend more money for another gift, but their products ARE beautiful.

    I placed an order. After several days there was no update on the status of my order. I emailed them, they never replied. I sent a message via ******** messenger and now they have blocked me. Don't order from this place!

    I ordered 3 ties over 2 weeks ago and still have not received my order that they promised I would receive in a 10 days. I tracked the shipment and it shows "in transit" for 10 days now. They won't answer my calls (goes straight to voice mail). It appears no one answers the listed phone number and it's just a screen. I tried emailing but always get an "undeliverable email" message so obviously that email address is a scam. So there's no way to contact anyone by phone or email. Don't waste your money and time on this s***** business, it's a scam!

    Total rip off!! Ordered a $48 tie set, received a extremely cheap shower curtain. **************** refused to acknowledge my emails concerning the situation. I would like to give the company a - star rating. Wish we had the reviews before buying from this non existing company.
