    I ordered a two vest and tie sets, size large. I was also to receive a free hanging tie holder. The style vest set that was shipped was correct, but one vest set came in as a large the other was and XL, and the tie holder did not ship at all. I've emailed support, but have not received a response yet. The phone number they provide on the website states they do not return calls. I'm undecided if I will order from this company again. Likely not going to. Poor customer service after the sell.

    I ordered a tie and pocket square from them almost two weeks ago. They sent me a confirmation and tracking number. When I try to track numbers it says no numbers found. I've called and emailed. No responses. I think company is a scam that's why I went through Pay Pal.

    Ordered early December. After a week I asked for an update as no shipping confirmation was received. They sent me a tracking number which to date is still saying label created not yet shipped more than two weeks later!!! Opened a dispute with PayPal and escalated. Awaiting response and full refund. Never ever use this company!!!

    This company is terrible. I spent $64 ordering something from them on 11/9 and it still hasn't delivered 42 days later. Tracking on their website shows it didn't ship until 12/6 and entered the U.S. on 12/13. I have tried calling them and emailing them with no response. I even tried going on ******** to reach them by posting comments on their ads. Of course, they have now blocked me on ********. I have learned my lesson...never trust that a ******** ad is a legitimate company that can be trusted.

    I ordered from them twice on 1126. One order was26.95 and the other order was49.96. I did get a confirmation email with order numbers I have not heard anything. I sent them an email, asking them the status of my order with no reply.

    OI ordered a tie and vest on November 24th. It is now December 9th and my order still has not shipped. This is clearly not a reputable only retailer. DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS COMPANY!!

    I have ordered ties on a number of occasions and delivery always takes weeks or a month to receive. My latest order, and my very lash, I order two ties totally close to $100 and received only one tie after a three week wait. Ive sent at least a dozen emails and as many phone messages with no replies whatsoever. This is a fly by night operation and should be avoided at all costs.
