    This company is a Total Scam, no tracking information, no response on email and the phone number forwards you to the email. No way to get my money back.

    Do not buy! Fraudulent company!!! They send you a pair of shoes too big just so you can return them and not be refunded. All they are doing is sending the same pair of shoes to everyone and getting us to pay to send them back. Then send those same shoes to another customer. I don't wish evil on anyone, but nothing good comes to those who have ill intentions.

    Ordered a pair of shoes took 22 days to arrive tried them on they did not fit called the phone number of this company the answer machine referred me to send an email I have sent four with no response from the company their rules clearly state they have a strict thirty day return policy and one must receive their okay to make a return there has been no direct contact with me. Meanwhile the thirty day window is ticking I have been on earth many years and have never dealt with a worse company than this one

    Took forever for our order to be delivered. Once we received it, we noticed the size was completely wrong. Tried to call them only to be told to use their email. Have emailed them 4 times but have not received a return email on how to return these shoes. Not happy at all with their complete lack of customer service. DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They should not be in business if they can't keep in contact with their customers when it is actually their fault the order is incorrect.

    Shoes were of terrible construction. They were held together by tape. I returned them, following their incredibly meticulous return instructions (to include sending pictures of the package and the receipt). It has been over 2 months and they still haven't processed my refund, even though they confirmed they received my return. Worst company I have ever dealt with.

    HORRIBLE RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY, . My initial request for exchange: I have purchased shoes from you previously. I ordered a second pair of shoes in another color for my husband in size 10 1/2. I received size 6. I noticed you have a 30 day refund policy. Ive passed that date because the shoes were not opened until Christmas Eve. I dont want a refund but would like to exchange the size 6 for the correct size of 10 1/2 if possible. Thanks for your assistance. Their reply: Thank you for reaching out to us. In regards to your request, upon checking, you are already past our 30 days return policy, we won't accept your return anymore.My response: I just want to exchange them for the correct size. I ordered a 10 1/2, not a size 6. Im not trying to get a refund just an exchange for the wrong size sent. I understand your policy but this was a Christmas present that was opened after the 30 day time span. The size discrepancy was not realized until Christmas Day. Asking for an exception as a repeat customer of yours. Thanks for your help.Their Response: Unfortunately the policy is also applied for exchange.My response: So it looks like Ive wasted $70. I ordered a 10 1/2 and somehow ended up with a size 6. I will let everyone I know not to shop with your store because you all are a bunch of crooks. Who doesnt accept returns/exchanges with a receipt. Not that you care but you have lost me as a customer. Their response: We understand your disappointment, but let me correct you with your accusation, we did not place the order for size 6, it was you, we sent you an email for the order confirmation which shows the sizing but you never corrected it, this is not our fault nor an error, also for exchange, we did not refuse your return, you are past our 30 DAYS RETURN POLICY and this was clearly stated on our website, to which you did not read nor follow the instruction, so please do not state we are crooks, this was your mistake, not ours so do not blame us for your mistake.

    Shoes on their website look fine. In person they look HORRIBLY cheap as if constructed of very low grade vinyl. Their "Full 30 Day Guarantee" and "Live 24/7 Support" is actually just a recording that instructs you to contact customer service via email. Emails are NEVER replied to. $100+ down the drain and nothing I can do about it. This is a TERRIBLE company.

    As soon as I opened the box I thought these aren't the same shoes. They look so cheap. Poor quality. Not like the description says. Also beware of their return policy. They basically try to make it really hard for you to return. They also make you pay for all the shipping costs and charge you a 10% restocking fee. BTW they are crocks because they take more than 10%.

    I ordered 3 pairs of shoes on November 17, 2022 and have not received a shipping email just confirmation of order. I tried calling their number but automated says to go to support email. I sent 3 emails asking for the status of my order and no response back. With these reviews here I am very concerned that this is shady and quite honestly just want to cancel and get my money back. Please cancel and refund my money and all will be good again.
