    I had solar panels installed in 2021. I have never seen how much voltage my solar panels are producing, and I am still paying a fair amount for energy, so I am assuming they are not producing much. Now I have a leak on my roof right under the solar panels and I need to contact the company to address this. I have no one to contact to both address my need to figure out how much my solar panels are producing or to address the leak in my roof. I payed around $30,000 for these solar panels and really need help.

    The loan started on November 2022. The solar panel were installed but the promises made under contract were not completed. Have no way to contact for repairs under warranty. Paid to have trees trimmed and it was never done. The BBB has revoked their license so there's no way for them to follow through.

    I signed up for solar through Avolta in October 2021. The installation process took more than 8 months to complete before the solar panels were activated and able to use for my home. During this time, I reached out numerous times for updates and support in getting the solar panels installed and turned on. I received prompt responses during this time frame and was assured the company was doing everything they could to complete the installation. After the solar panels were activated in June of 2022, Avolta completely ignored all further correspondence with me. I have reached out about the warranty and outputs of the solar panels. I have tried to call every phone number in previous emails and anything I could find online. However, every number sends the line directly to an out of service message. I’ve done further research into this company and discovered multiple reviews.l stating the company has changed names numerous times due to multiple complaints and lackluster performance. They’ve operated under other names such as: Brio Bello Solar Energy LLC, Avolta Power Inc., & Sunny Solar Utah LLC, all of which came under numerous lawsuits for their horrendous business practices. This company has been extremely deceptive in their operations and leave their customers out to dry after dumping them into large financial contracts with promises of great customer service and unbeatable products. My account number with this company is ********. However, their account website does not provide any information, help, or any other kind of support that were promised when purchasing the solar panels. I have tried submitting customer service complaints through the account website but receive no response from any customer representative.

    I purchased my solar panels from Brio and as of last year I found out it was brought out by Avolta. I spoke with them last June 2022 and now I am needed assistance with my panels again and I can not locate anyone any longer. This is ridiculous, I spent a lot of on these panels and still have a 10 year warranty on the product. I need to know who if anyone took over Avolta and their customers so I can get the assistance I need from them. If not then I will have to take is to an attorney.

    Solar panels were purchased in 2021. In that same year, I had difficulty reaching customer service to notify them of a panel that was not functioning. Today, the majority of my panels are not functioning and every number I have for customer service is disconnected. They are impossible to reach.

    I have been dealing with Brio / Avolta for 2 years now trying to get installation on solar panels after finalling getting them installed there is now no one to follow through with money owed to me the panels are not producing as stated I am still receiving a power usage bill every single agent that I finally got contact with would disappear the check they issued me for money agreed upon in the contract the check bounced they were reissuing it and I never received it now once again I can not reach any number or agent I have the company seems non existent and im left with a 240000 loan suboptimal producing panels and a bounced check

    Avolta solicited me by door to door and I bought solar panels. They did not communicate with Black hills energy after the panels were placed and did not put in the equipment correctly. They were inspected 3 times and told what to correct. Black hills energy finally had to fix it. I was told I could get the 26% rebate for tax purposes but have not been able to obtain documentation for this and cannot get a hold of anyone to help me. This company is a sham and was way over priced as well. I'm looking into legal representation to sue them.

    My solar panels were installed 8/2021 and I went live with them 01/2022. They are not producing the kw as I was told before I purchased them. I have sent emails to the company and made phone calls. I received an auto response once that someone would get in touch with me and they never did. The auto phone line gives you a prompt to speak to someone live but consistently cuts you off. I am paying 4 times more with the loan payment and electric payment then I was before I purchased the panels.

    We had solar panels installed by Avolta in JULY of 2020! They have NEVER worked. When I contact Avolta customer service, they tell me (after much testing of the system) that our account has never been set up in their system. We have never been given the phone app or a login & password for the app so we can see what we are using / producing (which we aren't, because the panels aren't working). We are paying for the solar panels to the tune of $133/month for 20 years, and they do NOT work! We have called Avolta multiple times. Their phone customer service reps are always nice, but they always say that a particular person (named Sara P*****) is our dedicated account manager and that she has to be the one to help us. Despite multiple phone calls and messages left for her and her boss, they have never contacted us. So we are out the monthly payment for the panels and we still have to pay our Excel utility bill! THIS IS WRONG!
