I have requested a refund for the tree cutting cost that I was originally told was $ 3875 by an employee. Then I was told a check for $3000 was being sent. That was January 20,2022. I have not received a check from them for either amount. When I decided to cancel the contract I was told I couldn’t so I was told I would receive a generator and reimbursed for 6 months of my solar panel payments ($165.07 x 6 =990.42) by Brandon C**** in their retention dept I believe. My contract was signed originally in December of 2020. My solar panels were finally working and producing power in March of 2022, after many broken promises and lies. The latest email said Brio/Bello/Avolta wasn’t responsible because the contract was with the local sales group when obviously it was with Bello/Brio/Avolta. I have documentation of all the above through emails. I have requested mediation as that is the only remedy but that request has been ignored repeatedly. The latest communication indicating they weren’t responsible because the contract wasn’t with them was very insulting and a downright prevarication. I am a senior citizen living on a fixed income and all this work to get the system installed and get the monies and equipment promised has been very hard on me. I have always assumed the best of people but this was a big disillusionment.
