I'm in ******** and Blue Raven Solar's sales personnel provided a lot of misinformation and/or lies in order to get a sale with me. I filed a complaint with the company and asked for a follow-up regarding these issues and they have not followed up with me. Fact check any information they provide. I was provided incorrect information about their referral policy, about the tax credit, about what they provide to customers, and the cost of electricity with solar panels (excel charges you money for having a type of meter on the property). Really regretting having gone with them and not someone who would have provided more accurate or honest information.

Installation team was on time and professional and Im happy with the installation outcome. The only critique I have is that they did not explain their plan to me prior to implementing the installation. They did however know what they were doing and did a great job.Blue Raven Solar, LLC

We've had a purely positive experience with Blue Raven along each step of getting solar panels for our home. *****, our sales rep was extremely responsive, informative and friendly. The time between signing up and actual installation was very, very fast literally a few weeks. The installation crew was professional and efficient. ***** was very easy to work with and gave me a sense of confidence that the job would be done correctly. Getting permits and inspections has gone seamlessly with very little effort from myself - just signing things that show ** in my email inbox a few times. All this said, the next step is for PGE to swap our meter before we can start enjoying our new solar panels. Hopefully that will go equally as well (knock on wood).Blue Raven Solar, LLC

We have been very pleased with the process so far. We are waiting for a tech to place a placard that is needed for the city inspection (I heard it has to be in the correct place for the inspector and looking at the information, I am not taking any chances). The inspector is to be here on 08-22-2022, and if all is well, then we wait for the electrical company to do their thing so that we can start generating our own electricity.Blue Raven Solar, LLC
