      Great bunch of people to work with. I bought a 21 ***** civic sport and I am loving it. Everyone was nice and friendly and the finances were set straight and were clear and concise.

      We had a good experience. ***** and **** were great to work with and did a good job answering our questions and getting the car ready for us! The paperwork went fast. We are enjoying the car! The only thing I would suggest to them to do better is if they fuel and wash the vehicle, they need to do it before the customer gets there so it's ready to go. We got the paperwork done and they said they would get it washed and fueled and we waited approximately 45 minutes. This was unnecessary. We were tired and hungry and like I said, it could have been done before. Other than that, it was great.

      This was such a great car buying experience, I highly recommend Action Auto!! I went in knowing what kind of car I was looking for, **** helped me find options that were in my price range and the upgrades I was looking for. I drove two of the cars I was interested and I ended up buying one of them. **** was very knowledgeable about the cars that were in stock, which made the test drive experience super simple. My finance **************** was amazing as well. The paperwork process was very simple and I was able to get my car when I wanted it. This was an excellent experience. We will definitely be coming back to work with **** and **** again!

      I originally was not going to leave a review, however, its been one problem after another. We live about 45 minutes away so we went over numbers and everything over the phone. They told us they use the same bank we do and i had already talked to my bank about rates. When we went to sign papers he said i had excellent credit (over 800) but wanted to sign me up for a higher interest rate. I said no and he insisted that it was only going to be $5/month more. My husband said no thanks, we'll just come back tomorrow with a check from the bank since they already qualified me for the the lower rate. The sales guy called someone else and they agreed to put the lower interest rate on the paperwork. After waiting about an hour he said we were good to go. I got in the car, ready to leave, and noticed they didn't leave a key fob in the car. Its a button start so i would have driven home and not been able to start the car again. It took another ***** minutes for them to find the key fob and i drove off. Halfway home they called me to ask of they had keft another key fob in the car by mistake. I said no. Two days later the sales guy called and said he forgot to have me sign two documents and they were the application for the title. I didn't want to drive back down so he met me at my work to get those signed.Then, to top it off, the key fob they did give me had a key that was NOT CUT. I had to go to a locksmith to get two keys cut. Plus the key hole on the door was not seated correctly so the locksmith had to take apart the door to fix that. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone, its one hassle after another.

      Hey ********, we're definitely confused by your review as your finance manager said you were happy when you left and that everything went well. It sounds like your lender approved you at a lower rate than what they typically show us on their "rate sheet". Your finance manager wasn't trying to sell you on a higher rate as we don't do that here but was only confused that they gave you a lower rate than what they show they offer for your credit range. Either way you got a better rate which is awesome! As for the key mix up your sales agent was helping another customer with a CR-V purchase at the same time and unfortunately mixed up the keys a couple of times on accident, but it sounds like he still made it right in the end which is great! Both your finance manager and your sales agent were very confused to hear you were dissatisfied because they both said there was nothing that showed your dissatisfaction and that you seemed very pleased with their help. We do appreciate your business in the end though and hope you have a great time with your new vehicle.

      ******* was awesome! He even came in on his day off to make sure we got squared away. Everyone was friendly and helpful and the car is exactly what we were looking for at a relatively good price.The one downside was that our trade in offer was super low. We took our car to a different dealership the next day who offer $4k more on the spot.

      Awful experience with this group. They obscured at least one obvious defect in a vehicle that they claimed was checked out by some **********. Avoid them at all cost.

      No problems. They were easy to work with. The fees were more expensive than some of the other dealerships we looked at but we got a pretty good price on the vehicle so it all equals out I guess. We bought a used vehicle that had originally come with some headphones. They were nice about ordering us some new ones. There was also a wheelchair lift thing in the back that we didn't want to deal with and they were good about removing that for us at no charge.
