    On December 29 2022 I pre ordered a Brydge ProDock - Thunderbolt™ 4 MacBook Docking Station Order number ******. On numerous occasions I emailed Brydge requesting shipping status. Only once did they respond with: "Thank you for reaching out to us here at Brydge and for checking on your Pre-Order, Order: #******. They have arrived to the port in LA and will hopefully be into our warehouse by the end of next week (thats if Presidents day holiday doesn't add additional delay). We are as eager to get them back in stock and shipping to everyone as well and will process the backorders ASAP once we have them here. Thank you for your patience!" At this point in time it is highly unlikely they will fulfill their commitment and I would like a complete refund of my $432.99

    I purchased the Brydge pro dock in January after numerous successful past Brydge purchases. It was supposed to ship in February the shipping was then delayed till march and now in May there is no customer contact line. And the website has been shuddered. My Order# is ****** for 435.59 I would like that money returned to the card that I purchased it on. I hope that this company can return to the great company it was in the past but as of right now there seems to be little chance of that happening.

    I ordered a docking station from Brydge back in January 2023 (ORDER #******) and still yet to have heard any response or to have actually received the product I ordered. I was only contacted by email once back in February and when attempting to reach back out to them several times I’ve heard nothing back. At this point I’ve already gone out and purchased a new product for my needs, all I would like is my refund back from this purchase (ORDER #******).

    I ordered this:Brydge ProDock - Thunderbolt™ 4 MacBook Docking Station × 1 MacBook 16" $399.99 Subtotal $399.99 Shipping $25.00 HST $52.00 Total $476.99 in December 2022 and after multiple attempts to contact them, I have received no product, no adequete response and no shipping confirmation. I attempted again today to contact them and their website and email address has now disappeared from the internet. After reading other complaints on here, it appears I am not alone. I have not received a refund, product or explanation.

    I ordered the Pro Dock Thunderbolt 4 Dock (MacBook Pro 16”) on December 11, 2022 with an anticipated delivery date of December 19th per the statement on the company website (all orders placed today will be delivered by December 19th). Order # ****** Cost $421.19 On December 19, 2022 I contacted Brydge via email after not hearing anything and did not receive a response. On December 21, 2022, again contacted Brydge via email, no response. January 5, 2023, again contacted Brydge via email, no response. January 21, 2023, again contacted Brydge via email, no response. Feb 16, 2023, again contacted Brydge via email, no response. Did see that statement on the website had been changed that all orders placed today will deliver in February 2023 Feb 23, 2023 sent email to Toby M******, CEO of Brydge via Linked in, no response as of today (May 8, 2023) Feb 24, 2023 posted on Twitter, received a sorry this happened response on Twitter and asked to send my order number to have it looked into this was done Feb 24, 2023 received email from Bobbi J** telling me merchandise had arrived in Port of LA, shipping had started with oldest orders first. March 3, 2023 emailed again, no response March 10, 2023 email again, no response I would like the product if the product is going to actually arrive SOON but I also expect some communication with expected date would be reasonable to request and receive. If this cannot happen than I expect Brydge to contact me via the email associated with the order number to discuss other options

    I placed an order #****** for 2 ProDock Thunderbolt 4 MacBook Docking Stations, purchased on 1/31/23 I have yet to receive them and I had previously emailed support on my order form 3 times and got only 1 response and most recently sent back my email as "undeliverable" and the website is GONE! This was a lot of money. Over $800, I have use Brydge before without issue - but now I'm concerned they have stolen my money and are going under. What can I do?

    Preordered Brydge ProDock - Thunderbolt™ 4 MacBook Docking Station on 12/15/2022 and have to to receive my product. Order number ******. Emailed in February and Brydge stated it would be a few more weeks. Emailed in March and did not receive a reply. Website is currently defunct and ****************** is no longer a valid email and there is no way to receive a refund for my order.

    I purchased a Brydge docking station on 12/14/22 and my credit card was charged $399.99. I never received the docking station. Multiple inquires to the company have gone unanswered. An internet search tonight tells me that the company has gone out of business. I'd like a refund please.
