On 10/12/22 I paid $127.94 for the BRYDGE air max plus keyboard. The keyboard broke very easily. After communicating with Brydge and following up for nearly two months starting in January 2023, they indicated they would ship a replacement on 2/24/23. Nothing was ever shipped. I have called, emailed, and even posted on twitter. There has been no response for months and No return of money or replacement of a product under warranty.Initial Complaint

Bridge Stone Pro TB4 Docking Station On Jan 12,2023 I contacted Brydge about the availability of the Stone Pro TB4 because my online order would not process and I was informed there was an 8 week back log for them. I tried again in March and my order was placed and accepted. At the end of April I tried to contact Brydge about the status of my order thru their online chat a few times and never received a response. I then started e-mailing the company requesting a status update and still have not received a reply. I tried every number I could find for them, only to receive a massage stating that they were no longer in service. As of May 2,2023 I still have not had a response. During my search I found this site listed and decided to try this before I went thru may bank. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.Initial Complaint

I am only submitting this complaint through the BBB because for the last few weeks Brydge’s Website has been down completely and I am attempting to submit a warranty claim. I do not wish for monetary settlement by any means, I simply want a replacement keyboard as it is still covered under warranty - but I cannot reach the company in any way. I bought a Brydge iPad 12.9 Pro Max keyboard on May 18th, 2022 for work. In the last 3 weeks the trackpad has completely stopped working and the battery life has not lasted whatsoever. I love the keyboard in all other ways and wish for a replacement. I will attach proof of purchase below.Initial Complaint

i purchased a Brydge case/keyboard with my new ipad from Verizon June 30. By August one of the clips that holds the ipad to keyboard broke. I thought maybe it was user error so I worked around it. In October the 2nd clip broke. I went back to verizon and if they had one in stock would have gladly switched it out for me. The salesman at Verizon started a claim for me with Brydge. with the holidays, Brydge did not contact me until I followed up after the holidays which they then asked for documentation (which was sent with the initial request made by verizon). I resent this information 2 more times. Finally the end of February I was told its on back order. I have send numberous emails since and there is NO RESPONSE from Brydge. I have sent messages online through their online customer suppport with no response. All I am asking for is a replacement and if not of the same product something comparable. The frustration through all this is no response from customer service at all. I would never recommend this company and have made sure my local verizon dealer knows not to carry their product anymoreInitial Complaint

I purchased a Brydge ProDock from the Brydge website on February 10, 2023. The website mentioned a late February delivery date, which I was okay with at the time. Since then, I have still not received the product that I paid $389.70 for, and Brydge has not communicated with me a single time to explain the delay. I reached out to Brydge on their website two weeks ago asking for a full refund, but they have not responded. I am not even able to contact them in any way, as their website seems to be no longer functional. This is incredibly frustrating and I would like a resolution as soon as possible.Initial Complaint

I purchased a Brydge Dock Thunderbolt for my 14” MacBook Pro on January 27, 2023 for $379. At the time, the checkout page said orders would ship in Mid February. I contacted support on February 21, 2023 to ask for a shipping update. At that time, I was informed the docks were at port and would be shipping at the end of the following week. After not receiving my dock by the end of February, I contacted support again on March 13, 2023 with no response. I contacted support again the first week of April and again April 13th with no response. In the second instance, I asked for a refund. I still have not received the dock I paid for over 3 months ago. I have purchased a Brydge 12.9 Max+ keyboard with track pad. The keyboard is broken and will not connect to the iPad. I have a one year warranty from date of purchase. Brydge has refused to respond to emails asking for a replacement. My one year warranty is up in a couple of weeks. Their 1 year warranty is blatantly false and misleading. On February 16, 2023 Brydge sent me a return label to send back a defective iPad keyboard for repair as I am within the warranty period. The part was received by Brydge on 2/24/23 at 2:20PM and signed for by *******. Since the message in 2/16/23 where I received the shipping label, Brydge has not responded to me. I have sent over a dozen messages through various channels with no response. It has now been over 2 months since receiving they received my return and have gone completely silent. Regrettably, since other contact avenues — Facebook, LinkedIn, etc. — were ineffective, and because the Brydge Support channel and phone number on the site have been removed/disconnected, I am filing with BBB. (I even reached out to the co-founders.) I’m writing about my purchase of the iPad keyboard, # ******. I believe the initial purchase was ~2-years ago (Brydge, please check your records), and was replaced twice (three total keyboards) due to broken hinges. Now, the current keyboard has a broken hinge. I have repaired it with an industrial glue, however I believe that is temporary. I actually like this keyboard and I would like a replacement. Thank you!Initial Complaint

After a number of keys on my pro max+ 12.9 keyboard failed, I registered a warrantee request on feb 27, 2023 and was initially greeted by a helpful associate who offered to make a return label for me. After that I’ve heard nothing, no emails have been replied to. No messages returned. The support phone number does not work and only goes to a busy signal. This is unacceptable. It’s been months!
