    I am on hold with my banks fraud department as I type this. I have never ordered, subscribed to or received ANY products from this site. I am thankful that my bank recognized it to be a scam however, now I have to wait for a new card and change my card number on several accounts. It's an inconvenience that I didn't need today!

    I requested a refund and was told it was outside the timeliness. I purchased and order and received it and was not told this is a subscription. Now I was charged $120 for a 1st subscription order which states on the website we can get a refund for the first order of subscription. I want a refund and can never get anybody on the phone.

    Wish I could leave a "0" star rating. Purchased one product - only one. It didn't do anything to improve my skin. Next thing, I see a subscription charge on my credit card. Trying to cancel a subscription that I know I did not sign up for proved to be impossible. What a racket this is! I am not sure what my recourse will be, if there is one at all.

    I bought the sample set and was pretty disappointed in the product. Did nothing to improve my skin at all !Come to find out you are automatically signed up for auto shipments for one #2 at more than the 3 you originally bought. the 30 day guarantee is when you RECIEVE the product that takes 2 weeks to ship. RIP OFF If the product was what they promised they wouldn't have to be underhanded.

    I cancelled the order within 10 minutes of ordering. They said you have to cancel within an hr which I did. Not only did they charge my card there is no way to get in touch with them. They said theyd get back within 24 hrs.They sent me to a site which said its fine and thats been since last night. This site is a scam. Ill have to call my bank to dispute it now. Dont order. Now they just sent an email saying it shipped. Im beyond mad!!!

    **************** has indicated that the subscription was canceled and refunded in full on December 10th. It may take 5-10 business days for the refund to show up on the customer's bank account. The initial order was shipped but the customer is not required to return it since it was our mistake.

    ****!I am unable to cancel my subscription and have spent hours trying to contact customer service. I also receive an error message every time I attempt to log into my account .No one shows up on the live chat.The phone number is a recording.Emails say they have responded to my request when they have not. Text message stays unanswered.I have screen shots to document all of this .Honestly I am not sure how to proceed. This is not a reputable company .

    I ordered this product using the 30-day trial. I ordered on Sep 24th but didn't receive the package until the 4th of October. On October 24th I received an email that a new order had been shipped. I was surprised because i didn't sign up for a subscription. By the time I got the email it was too late to cancel the order. I asked about the 30 day trial and was told it starts on the day you order NOT the day you get the package. I feel very misled! First, I didn't knowingly subscribe, and secondly I had 20 days to test the product, not the 30 days they state on their website. I will be filing a formal complaint with the ********************************.

    The customer reached out to us about their confusion with the subscription and the agents were able to explain it to her. Based on our policy, the 30 day trial indeed starts from the date of order shipment and not the day the customer receives it which was explained to her on the email as well. We already processed a full refund for this customer November 1.
