    This company preys on the elderly and has them sign up for a membership when they think they are just getting samples in the mail. This has continued to happed even after I discussed the cancellation from months back and credited back one month and then started back up again. These companies need to be penalized and fined for their actions.

    Hi ***********, We've checked the conversation history and we didn't received any contacts from November about the cancellation of the subscription. We received the refund request for 3 months this April. Although, it's already beyond the policy, we still provided a 50% refund of the 3 recurring orders.Please let us know how we can assist you further. Thank you!

    I had asked for my subscription to be canceled because I couldnt afford it, and then was offered a generous discount for the next three monthly shipments. I gratefully accepted, but was charged the full price the next month. I messaged them about the issue, and they sent me a refund reflecting the discount and assured me the following shipments would included the discount. It happened again the following month, and then again this month/today. I called their customer service number and left a message. No call back. Theyve been assuring me ALL DAY via ******** Messenger that a representative will call me to resolve the issue. Still waiting.

    I tried to discontinue. I am astounded by their inability to accept NO as a full sentence. This product leaves my skin red and I believe I, along w others, am allergic. DO NOT BUY!!! Buyer beware!!!!!

    They auto sign you up for subscriptions without you selecting that option. Their customer service is ridiculous. They put you on hold to wait for representative thats not even there to answer then ask you to leave a message with info. Their live chat is a bot that send you to a link that gets you no where. I shouldnt have to waste my time and money trying to cancel a subscription I didnt sign up for. Its impossible to get thru to them and if you comment on their Fb age they just hide it so other people cant be warned.

    Customers order has been refunded in full. $79.98 was refunded via PayPal. Customer can expect to see the refund within **** working days.

    Horrible company and customer service sending wrong order and incomplete order not responding to questions about it or giving correct refund. Contacted customer service numerous times and always the same problem with response (How can we help you) with no results
