      They wont let you cancel your order when its been a month since you placed it - with zero communication about a delay. Most companies dont take the money until the product is has shipped. Ditto everything everyone else hast said!They need to be reported to the attorney general. Ive reported them to PayPal and requested my money back. Worst customer service! Scam!!

      Ive been using Pura for 3 months and didnt have an issue until I tried getting in touch with them because I hadnt received my November shipment and there was no way to get in touch with them. Like most of the people leaving a review, their live chat doesnt work and their phone number is not in services. I sent several emails explaining my situation and finally someone got back to me and told me they would send me 2 free fragrances for the inconvenience and when I see the order they placed for the free fragrances, it shows that it hasnt even been shipped. I understand they can get very backed up for the holidays, but their customer service is horrible. Its really sad because I love the scents, but unfortunately Im going to have to cancel my subscription with them

      I think the customer service is run by AI bots. There is simply no way to contact the company. No phones that are listed work. The 'live' chat is not live at all, it is a list of FAQs and how to's, and no liver person to interact with. There is a way to email them. I think this is run by AI bots too. I ask specific questions and every answer, 3 thus far, have been about missing and backorder scents, which have never been my question. I ask about the diffuser, which is what the complaints are about here. So for all I know, this company is a 1 person show out of the garage with a cool website and app---they ran a cool Black Friday special and will now go bankrupt over the inability to fulfill orders. We got the scents, and nothing to use them in. I can understand backorders, but they can not answer when we will receive it. Are unable to see that is the question in the email, even when asked multiple times. They continue to advertise that order by 12/12 to get the order by Christmas. But they can't tell the Black Friday orders when they will be received? Is the a take the money and run operation????

      I placed on 11/16 for the ***** Received an email it was running late. I received the package today with ONLY the scents, no diffuser, no gift set with box. This is ridiculous. When I look on the slip it lists BACK ORDERED for the diffuser and sleeve box. If I knew that I would have rather a refund than be lied to. First ************ again ????

      Terrible service. I do not usually leave reviews, but this has been very stressful. I watched multiple Instagram stories about a promotion that this was great for keeping your house smelling good, safe for pets, etc. i placed my order November 6th, got a shipping update November 15 of a pre-shipment label. On December 1st, I reached out to customer service, who did not respond. ********************** is quick to charge you for the subscription but slow to handle this in a professional manner. Do not recommend wasting your time on this!

      Website is hard to navigate. Reprogramming is frustrating. Terrible customer service. Short hours. No one available. No phone help. This is taking up too much of my time. They will lose me as a customer very soon.

      Unacceptable turnaround time for shipping orders.I placed two orders, one on Nov 16 and another on Nov 18 for the **** offer. Almost two weeks later and neither has shipped. No response to my emails. And I can't cancel/return for a refund until I've received it. I've placed a dozen holiday orders from different retailers in this time window and have received everything I've bought except my Pura purchases. In 2022, this is simply unacceptable. By the time I finally get my "holiday" bundle, the holidays will be over. The product concept is great--they need to get it together before promoting a sale on items they can't fulfill.

      I purchased their "deal" where you get a diffuser and 6 months of scents. After 14 days my order didn't ship: I requested a refund and received no response via email so I complained on a ******** post. The store messenger sent a message a day later asking for my order number and didn't respond for multiple days. I made an account on the website and canceled my subscriptions because the diffuser and 2 scents were still unfulfilled. Suddenly, I got an email saying my order had been sent and I responded stating I was returning. The website didn't update with the shipping but I ended up receiving the diffuser. A week later I received one scent. The kicker is they don't ship your order and your next payment is coming up and you only have 30 days to return the order. So, you can't cancel or return your stuff using the account because it all says unfulfilled. You can't use the diffuser without a scent, so by the time you "trial" the product, the 30day return window is over. Then you're on the hook to pay $20+ a month for scents. Good idea....terrible execution.

      This company has no commitment to their customers or customer service. I ordered a monthly contract package over a month ago and still havent received my first month supply and have since been charged for the next monthly delivery. I have emailed 4 times now in the past month with no response. I have reported them to PayPal to refund my $200+ owed. Theyre obviously in over their head and need to be stopped.
