      HORRIBLE customer service, still waiting on my order from over a month ago for scent refills. After reaching out multiple times and finally just asking for a refund I was told that they are substituting the now out of stock fragrances with whatever they see fit and I cannot get a refund until I receive them and ship them back even though that answer was two weeks ago and I still have not had any update on my order. They go offline regularly and even when set on the same setting are sometimes very strong and sometimes very weak. I REALLY REGRET making this purchase. Dont fall for the advertising like I did.

      It is unbelievable that this product hasn't shipped when it was ordered on December 10th. I recieved an email saying "we're confident you'll have you gift before the holidays". I recieved another email on the 20th saying they were out of a scent I ordered so they are replacing it and with a new one and will ship as soon as possible. This is the only gift we got my family member for Christmas and not only did they not have anything to open Christmas morning, they STILL don't have the gift, have traveled home, and now I'm going to have to ship it twice. And now to find out they are closed from Dec 23d to Jan 3rd despite, what I'm sure are mountains of unfulfilled orders. We are unbelievably disappointed. Literally any kind of communication or expectations around this aside from "sorry" and saying it would ship "as soon as possible" would have been miles better. I still have no idea when my order is shipping and it is now 12/29.

      I have previously had ALL the same issues as other individuals in this thread of comments. This company does so much social media marketing and makes HUGE efforts to claim items will arrive before Christmas, but its clear that they dont have the bandwidth to support the influx of order requests they get between Thanksgiving and Christmas. I ordered before Thanksgiving last year, and even into the new year the items were STILL pending shipment, all while the company continued to promote their holiday deals and shipping guarantees across multiple media platforms. Also they intentionally filter their reviews on their website so they look better.

      Terrible company. They have been charging my account every month, but not sending my fragrances. I may get one here or there but its not the one I order. Its literally impossible to get a hold of anyone to get my money back. Shame on them. Would NEVER recommend this company, they are thieves.

      I also fell for the Instagram ad and I love their scents however like everyone before has said they have the worst customer service... if they even have real people work for the company besides their social media manger who is clearly good at their job. I have a subscription (that I can't cancel since it's for 6 months ) and I do love the scents. The product was supposed to be shipped on Dec 2nd I'm fine with it taking a little longer however I have yet to receive the product and like others have said my money was taken within seconds of the subscription being processed. Also on top of everything they don't have the scent I even chose. They also told me since I ordered it early in the month I would still get it before Christmas ... I haven't so who knows when I will get it. I can't return it since it's even more of a pain. DO NOT EVER BUY FROM THIS PLACE ! No customer service, horrible shipment processing. I don't even want to leave a star since they are that horrible.

      Let me start off by saying this is such a great device. The ability to control your plug in device from your smart phone alternating between 2 scents is incredible. I can set schedules, turn off when not in use. Their customer service on the other had has been quite awful. I find this company to be deceitful and untrustworthy. This particular company charges its consumers for items knowing full well they do not have them in stock. They hold the money of their customers hostage. They need to take a huge step back pause and reconfigure the way they conduct business. I made a purchase on Dec 2, 2022 for Christmas. Here we are less than a week away from the Christmas holidays and I have yet to receive my promised refund nor have my paid in full items shipped.

      Love the actual product. Unfortunately, I ordered products Dec. 6th, 2022 and was charged, but it has still not shipped. I have contacted customer service twice, the first time over a week ago and they assured me it would ship last week. Still nothing. Then via mass email, I was told I would have it by Christmas but I dont think thats possible as it has still not shipped. Emailed them days ago and no answer. I dont like that they have charged me and havent sent my order for weeks and now are no longer providing updates.

      I had signed up for a diffuser subscription and was told that I could return within 30 days if not satisfied. I filed a return, mailed back the diffuser, and three weeks later was charged for the diffuser because apparently I canceled the scent subscription. Why was this scent subscription not canceled when I filed the return? Why would I need scents, and be required to purchase them, if I sent the diffuser back? I have since not seen a refund on the original purchase, I was charged an additional $44 for the diffuser, and I am also waiting for a refund on the scents I was told (with email proof) that I did not have to send back. This was 3 weeks ago. I have attempted to resolve this issue, but there is no way to contact customer service. After much *********** I found a phone number that said I could text or call. Both text and call have been disabled for Pura. I cannot get in touch with anyone from Pura and they keep taking my money. From reading other user reviews, I am not alone. ********************** definitely takes your money and runs -- such a SCAM!!

      Let me start by saying I like the product, however the service is horrific. I placed an order for three diffusers for gifts. I was automatically subscribed to the reorder service. I didnt want that, so I emailed to cancel the order with minutes. I was sent an email telling me my order was cancelled. That was a month ago. I still have not been credited the $320. You cannot talk to anyone live, just emails from ****. I have now been told, despite the email confirming my cancellation, that there are no refunds, are you kidding me. They informed me it was for my convenience that they didnt cancel my order. By the way I reordered 4 diffusers after they confirmed my subscription cancellation. Now I have to charge back the fee on my credit card. What a hassle, I have hours invested in this and will never order again. Im going to send everything back.

      Like most internet companies - they start off with wonderful perks, excellent customer service and reasonable shipping times. This is how they lure you in and build their base. Once they become huge, they become greedier, less reliable and customer service disappears leaving you to chat with worthless robots. I was on their subscription plan, getting 3 scents per month. When it's time to decide which scents you want to exchange for an upcoming shipment, you can elect to have them ship immediately instead of waiting for the proposed ship date. I've done this every month because I tend to run out before then. My most recent shipment, I did the usual "Would you like them shipped immediately"? Yes, I did. Within seconds my PayPal was charged. A number of days go by, and no word of shipping. Now a week later, and the status is still unfulfilled. It's already past the date I would have normally had them shipped without choosing to ship immediately. I see a chat support screen. It goes through series of questions and none relate to your situation, and all it does is loop you around without ever connecting you to a live agent. Finally, after having to make up unrelated issues just to get someone, I finally get a "leave your email and we'll get back to you" form. They never replied to why my order was just sitting there. I went to their ******* and ******** page and I asked that they cancel my order as I was going to end my subscription. Finally got an email saying they canceled and refunded the order. That was Dec 7. Today is Dec. 13th, and it still has not shown in my PayPal account. I emailed again, but this time, no response, so I filed a claim with PayPal. This is ludicrous. I love the scents, but the company is hot mess. I don't even use their machine (it uses up the scents quickly), as I use their scents as oils for my diffuser. I think I'd rather spend the few extra dollars and get those from Amazon - the heck with Pura and their subscription plan.
