      ALL SCENTS ARE POISONOUS TO CAT. THIS COMPANY IS LYING THAT THESE ARE SAFE FOR PETS. IF YOU LOOK UNDER ALLERGENS FOR THE SCENTS YOUll SEE 2 INGREDIENTS THAT ARE TOXIC TO CATS. JUST SPENT THE MORNING WITH MY NOW SICK CAT AT THE VET BECAUSE OF THIS COMPANIES CARELESSNESS. THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN OR THEY NEED TO STOP CLAIMING THEYRE SAFE FOR PETS. THIS HAS TO BE ILLEGAL

The well-being of our customers and their pets is paramount to us.Thank you for highlighting your concerns regarding the ingredients in our fragrances. I appreciate the seriousness of your claim, and I understand the distress this situation has caused.To address your concerns: the composition of our fragrances is based on a blend of numerous ingredients. The concentration of each of these ingredients is minimal in the overall blend. Specifically, a Pura cartridge contains just **** ounces of fragrance, and only about **** ounces is released into the air over a 24-hour period. When considering specific ingredients like citronella, the exposure level in a day would be less than a single drop.The information commonly available regarding citronella's effects on animals usually pertains to direct skin contact with or ingestion of pure citronella essential oil. The exposure from our diffusers is vastly different from such direct contact.I genuinely regret the pain and inconvenience you've faced. However, after careful examination by our toxicologists, we firmly stand by the safety of our Pura fragrances. Our formulations have been rigorously assessed, and we currently do not have evidence to support the claim of them being harmful.I understand that this might not provide the relief you're seeking, but I hope it sheds some light on our stance.       Horrible ***************** Ordered two refills for granddaughter. They made it a Subscription. I have been trying to contact them for almost two weeks. No responses at all to email. Phone number for Customer Support I found IS NOT **********************! Granddaughter at college & refills going to home. Buyer BEWARE!

      I have had horrible customer service. I have been charged for items that I havent received in over a month and a half. My 30 day trial period was up before I even received the purifier. I finally received it then didnt get the scents for another couple of weeks. Now I do not want to keep it ** we dont like it. Its too much scent for us. I have not had this bad of customer service in a very, very long time. I would not recommend this company.

      **************** is horrible. Their chat is just a series of subjects they think would help in answering questions. You cant connect to a real person. There is no phone number to call for customer service

      I wouldnt give them the one star. This company is awful to try and reach after going through the website and many emails I decided to search for a number its been 7 weeks and still havent received all my order. Its Sunday evening so I have to wait and see if I can reach them by phone. They dont even send an update on your order.

      Ordered over a month ago and still have not received my order -- credit card was charged immediately. The company has not replied to multiple emails on the topic. I did receive an auto update shortly after I placed the order that shipping was delayed, but that my order should still arrive in time for christmas. NOPE. And that was the last I heard from them.

      I placed an order on 12/1/2022 and have contacted the company 3 times about my order and have been told its preshipment and too late to cancel. Today is 1/4/2023 and still no order. I have disputed the charge with my credit card company. I was told again today that my order is ready to ship. This is fraud. This company is charging people for products with no intention of filling the orders.

      I started a subscription on 12/28 order PSI5285680 for $25.44. A week later I was wondering why my fragrances still hadnt shipped. I checked online and it said it would ship on 1/28 but I could change the date to ship now. So I did. Then I received another email stating a different order # PSI5348260 was received. I didnt place another order, I simply changed the shipping date, however they charged me AGAIN for $25.44. I tried the live chat, it doesnt work, *** tried calling on 1/5 and them and I received and automated message saying theyve temporarily temporarily stopped using the phone line, so they said theyd text me, and they did. I responded to the text and they said they are sorry but they dont use the texting service anymore. I emailed them on 1/3 and they havent emailed back. This is crazy. I understand they are busy because of all the orders, but if you take someones money and the person has a concern and arent able to get a hold of anyone, thats a problem and sure doesnt make me want to do business with them. When the second order (that I didnt want) comes to me, I will be returning it and will hopefully get my money back. If I dont, then I guess I will have to dispute it with my credit card company.

      Pura you get 1 star. 1 because I cant give you anything less without sending a review. I love your product so someone did something rightbut your customer service SUCKS!!! ***** because I send email after email question regarding my account without anything but an automated response, NO follow through even after months later. Because the only number I can find listed is temporarily disconnected due to the high volume of calls. Because I cant tell on you website or app if I have fulfilled my 6 month subscription because I purchased additional scents but I trust you will charge me a minute after I havent. I plan to refuse charges until this can be rectified. 3 weeks for an email response is RIDICULOUS. You all keep sending me scents but cant respond to my emails no thank you. You might have a great product but your lack of customer service is going to rank you.

      DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I was so excited to find a natural home fragrance to purchase and placed an order December 7th. They had NO PROBLEM taking my money immediately (before shipment of the product) and it is now January 3rd and still no product. You cannot reach a PERSON to speak with from this company. Their customer service is absolutely ridiculous. I really hate that this has occurred but for those considering ordering from them, I would advise you NOT TO.
