      I contacted BHQ about a perceived error and had 2 contacts with ******. Although I thought I was dead to rights, I was not and she was. I was not rude but very firm, thinking I was correct, and ****** was a pro the entire time, all the while pointing out techniques to avoid my mistake plus other tips to make my experiences even better. Awesome customer service!Spoke again with her another day and she helped me figure out my bonus points total and then assisted me in getting my birthday loaded to my profile, as I never caught that its a onetime deal and only upon first sign up.Thank you *******Not sure about your past reviews but in the few short months since Ive bought ~20 knives from BladeHQ, all arrived quicker than promised, in excellent condition and every piece performed as described. Everything has been an excellent experience and Im beyond pleased with Bade HQ.

      Blade HQ has fair pricing and quick fulfillment of orders. Their CS people are knowledgeable and polite. I have about ten Spyderco knives bought from them, without a single problem.
