**** did a fantastic job of hearing out my concerns and getting me exactly the information I needed. He was kind, pleasant, and efficient. I was also told in ******* if there was anything else I need that he would be more than happy to assist me again in the future. Great job on his part and I appreciated the experience.

Who waste my time their ads said that they like to buy knives rare knives expensive ones brands like protech Benchmade so I sent them pictures of a proof-run protect Damascus steel and a prototype Benchmade triage and a Benchmade adamas and then we're interested I mean I don't know how what kind of nice I could have that would be more specifically than what those words what they're asking for but yeah it waste my time which granted wasn't much time I didn't put much effort into the pictures or the email but better luck with your endeavors if you deal with themBlade HQ, LLC

******* was great. Very friendly and eager to help. Found the information quickly and relayed to my email address. Unfortunately, the deal was so good it sold out! I asked someone else to buy it for me for my birthday and it was gone in 24 hours. Great sale this weekend. I found something similar and purchased that myself. I'm totally glad that I didn't listen to the negative reviews I had read about ***. I actually called and spoke to ****** *. In customer service with my concerns. ****** *. was very professional and answered all my questions. I decided to go ahead and give *** a chance. I couldn't be happier with how fast I received my order. I was notified quickly when I could expect my new knife. Also BHQ is the only place I could find the Medford ***-H at a great price.
