I'm totally glad that I didn't listen to the negative reviews I had read about ***. I actually called and spoke to ****** *. In customer service with my concerns. ****** *. was very professional and answered all my questions. I decided to go ahead and give *** a chance. I couldn't be happier with how fast I received my order. I was notified quickly when I could expect my new knife. Also BHQ is the only place I could find the Medford ***-H at a great price. Blade HQ really does stand above other online knife retailers. They are sincere and helpful in all correspondence as well as accommodating by company policy. Because of where I live I never get to order directly to my home. Totally silly but thats my home state. I called place an order for the Reate Exo-M *** blue aluminum scales and with the Elmax steel. **************** agent ******* took my call. She help me place my order. She was very nice. She answered all my questions about the pre-order and how much and when it ships she was very honest very very ****** ******* you did a wonderful job. Thank you so much and this is just an added bonus Plate HQ please try to put the Rockwell hardness of your blades on the site. That means youll probably have to pes the companies because we are trying to hold them at a standard with their Rockwell hardness. We are noticing a lot of blades like M390 for example too soft. *** I think its a good responsibility that Blade HQ has to help the community *** keep these manufactures, honest again, Blade HQ thank you so much. *** bought several knives from you and never been disappointed.Blade HQ, LLC

Was expecting a bonus gift (Dessert Warrior Coin) recently, since it was listed on the shipping invoice as being included in the shipment. By the time the package arrived without the freebie coin, it was listed online as out-of-stock. I e-mailed customer service anyway and your **** ******, responded that she'd check with warehouse. I just got in the Donut coin with the bite out of it in the mail, and my daughter is delighted. Your selection and pricing are exceptional, but your customer service (including accuracy, promptness and follow-up) is truly outstanding! Thanks and keep up the good work!!Blade HQ, LLC
