      ************ answered and apologized for me waiting. He was very courteous. I was going to cancel my order ONLY because my wife got angry that I bought ANOTHER knife. She found the same knife, a HK micro incursion, for $134 on the ************ website. The *** order is on its way, so Ill likely return it and buy the ************ one. Is it possible for *** to price match the price? Thank you ****. *********

      I have ordered from Blade HQ several times with no problems. This time, however, there was a technical issue with the website that failed to properly cancel an order. I emailed customer service and one of their ***** ******* promptly cancelled the order, issued a refund, and returned the $5 gift certificate I had used to my account. I'm quite happy with the service and will no doubt continue spending too much money because they insist on putting things I want on sale.
