      The response was very quick which I appreciate. I had asked when a particular pre-order item would begin shipping, and if unknown, I wanted to cancel the order considering I had already waited a month.**************** informed me that the date was still unknown and to let her know if I still wanted to cancel.

      I order from Blade HQ with confidence. *** never encountered a problem with either the products or the service. I needed to cancel an order and sent them an email. The order was canceled right away. I was notified by email of the cancellation and a refund made to my credit card. BHQ is a good retailer and I recommend them.

      All in all I am a satisfied customer that keeps coming back. My only request is that when I buy from Benchmade directly they engrave both sides of the blade for the same price(as they should!); Blade HQ charges for each side but even then there is NOT an option to have it done.
