      Agree with others that Blade HQ customer service is the best. Their cart checkout process had a technical issue, causing a billing error. A customer service agent e-mailed me and we fixed it all over e-mail.

      This is a great site for blades and fast shipping. I give them 3 stars as they send out marketing emails which are great concerning sales and seeing new knives but I down rated them as one of their marketing emails had a great looking knife on it that I was interested in so I emailed them on the brand and model number. To my surprise, they (BladeHQ) couldn't give me the brand and model number of the knife that was in THEIR marketing emails. IMO....why send out marketing emails if you the company can't tell me what kind of knife it is. It would quite possibly have been the easiest fastest purchase for me and them. Marketing 101....know your product and know your audience. You have me as the audience.....but do you know the product?

      Awesome customer service. can't ask 4 more. This service brings back customers over and over.it provides confidence to the customers in the over crowded market. where **** and Amazon try to kill the smaller merchants.pls keep it up.
