      Dont understand why orders are taking so long to ship lately. They used to ship same day or next day. Now some are taking 3-5 days to ship after ordering. Also customer service is not responding to email requests in a very timely manner either. Short staffed naybe? Im not harping on you, but you asked for my response so Im giving it honestly. Im still waiting for my last order to ship. Its been 3 days since ordered, in stock, still hasnt shipped, and customer service still has t given any explanation as to why not. Very frustrating.

      First Place I check, when I am looking for a knife. 2023 I bought 18 knifes for my collection. Only had a problem twice. They took care of it right away. ***** was awesome solving my problem. Always check here first. Highly recommended.

      The service with the order was excellent and a speedy delivery. I did have a slight problem that the wooden handle of the knife was cracked when I received it, but customer service sent a return label within hours and the problem was taken care of. This is the only place that I do my knife business with. Love the service and deals you provide.

      I recently purchased a Benchmade mini claymore automatic. After about a month of daily use the spring broke in it. I reached out to Benchmade to fix it under their lifetime warranty. Little did I know they could not ship it back to me after fixing it because Im not LE or Military. This made no sense as I live in a state where autos are legal to carry. ********* offered to ship it to a benchmade dealer and for me to pick it up from the dealer. Since no dealers are within an hour radius of me I reached out to BladeHQ to see if they would accept it from Benchmade and ship it back to me after the repair. Not only did BladeHQ offer to meet my request they informed me that since my knife was less than 90 days old that they would exchange it for me! WOW what great service!! I did not even expect this since I have been daily carrying this knife for over a month. They easily could have saved themselves effort and money by approving my original request but they went above and beyond by researching my purchase and offering to replace a used knife to accommodate me! I assume this is at least at a partial loss to them as they will likely either have to resell the knife as damaged at a loss or will have to return it to Benchmade as defective and likely only receive partial credit on it if at all. I always knew BladeHQ had good customer service but this way way above what I expected! I typically use various dealers for knife purchases gravitating towards the one located closest to me with a model I want in stock to perhaps save a day or so on shipping as I am inpatient but from here on out I will use BladeHQ for all of my purchases since they have proven to have even better after sale service than I expected!

      How is it my responsibility to file a lost claim for a product I never received? Why isnt blade hq contacting the US postal service?Last time Ill buy anything from this company. **** poor customer service.
