      BladeHQ stands behind there products. I placed an order and when it arrive it did not exactly match the advertised description. I emailed Customer Support, explained my issue in detail, and ****** replied the next day offering 100% refund. The bad part for me was I really loved the looks and feel of the knife although it was not exactly what I was expecting. After further consideration I decided to keep the knife, and replied as such to ******. As a goodwill gesture, ****** offered a partial $20 refund to CC because BladeHQ did not live up to my total expectation. They have since corrected the product description, and I have a new knife that 99% enjoy!! :) Thank you ******, and thank you BladeHQ.
