      Great Job! My inattention to detail is what nearly caused my mishap. I'v ordered from BladeHQ before, and I've moved since then. I didn't notice that I had not changed my account to my new address, until I'd already placed Confirm Order. But BladeHQ team was able to right my wrong by having my Benchmade sent to me, instead of my former address. I've always gotten great product and great **************** from ************************** You for your help.

      We werent able to find an in house solution, but ***** pointed me out to some outside vendors that were able to get me straight. That means a lot that his priority is helping the customer.

      Absolutely great customer service. I had a delivery issue, blade HQ and *** got right on it and took care of my issue within 24 hrs! I've been using Blade HQ almost Exclusively over this past year, and there customer service department is second to none! I have complete confidence in this business and will continue to do business with them in the foreseeable future. Highly recommend!
