      The customer service is impeccable at ********************!!!! I put a knife on layaway and had to message them multiple times asking questions and they responded lightning fast and was able resolve anything I had a problem with. This is my first knife through BkadeHQ but I am a customer for life because of my pleasant experience with them. Thank you team your awesome.

      Everything was ok no problem, the only thing I would say is the guy I spoke to sounded like he just woke up and took longer than my last experience, but it all worked out fine

      Newer customer here - I have only purchased around ~6 knives from BladeHQ thus far. I have had great experiences with Blade HQ so far - they are the first place I go to expand my OTF collection. Their friendly staff have promptly addressed any questions/concerns I have had thus far. Keep up the good work, I highly recommend.
