  This company is non responsive. The have not completed work that has been paid for since Feb. Returns for last year were done in haste after complaining about the same issues. These returns, state and federal, now have issues. Emails sent no response. Try making appointments but they are always too far out. I will now have to hire another company to fix what they have messed up and do the bookkeeping that they have been paid to do. No response is needed, as we have lost all confidence this company can handle our needs.

  I am posting my ****** review here as well with more information --They used to have an online chat where you could get simple stuff corrected quickly and simple accounting information answered timely that is since gone since they change their name. they say they file tax documents timely, that is false. Most business owners like to get tax filed so they can save to pay what they owe if anything, this company i feel drag that process out to keep collecting money from you without filing taxes. they say you have a dedicated tax accountant, but it'll take days or weeks to connect with them and even when you schedule a time with them, don't be surprised if they call or message you to reschedule.Linking your account with them and having them organize your business expense and income is cool so there is that. However, if you need immediate assistance, don't expect it here. 2/5 Update:when you call in for help, they'll hang up on you. 1/5 Update:I set an appointment to speak with my tax accountant which took 3 weeks to get on the day off, I got a call, the answered and hung up, I then got an email it was rescheduled, on the rescheduled day, I did not get a call.This company does not earn a 4 star review, it's more a 1-2 stars and honestly needs to be put out of business.

  Basically my negative review is everyone else's review. I have been told on two seperate occasions my taxes were going to be filed. i called once mid march to see what was getting done ( was told the following week it would get filed). called a second time a week before taxes deadline because I never got a email confirming my tax return ( was told they SHOULD be done but the taxes deadline was already there to not worry). i'm not worry just want it done when i had already filed since March. a lot of going around the question. All in All might finish the year with them but have beeen verrry disappointing they way they conduct business in general. also when you call their office hours don't match their real office hours and are still going off the voicemail to their previous company, Mazuma. how attentive are you for YOUR COMPANY that you can't even put the right voicemail?? I feel this company is taking advantage of a lot of people and generally disappointed with their services. for $95 a month, you guys have to do better.

  Used them for business taxes, my business partner used them for personal taxes as well. Mostly: Non responsive. Never responded to simple questions. Did not respond to voice messages. Completely unprofessional company that has no concern for their customers.

  I submitted all my paperwork on Vydes' website as requested on their checklist over a month ago. Had I not scheduled an appointment call 3 days ago I would have not known that my taxes had not been filed. The website is not updating properly to keep me notified. I had to send screenshots showing that all of the requested files were already uploaded in my account for them to see it. I scheduled a follow appointment call for 3 days later with my Vyde liaison and was called by a company guide/bookkeeper to cancelled the appointment because my liaison was out on maternity leave. When I asked to speak to the person that was covering for him I was told there was no one covering that could assist and I would have to wait until he returned. It is not good business ethic that everything gets dropped because one person is out of the office and a manager is not available to speak with. Working with this company has been a total waste of my hard earned money. If I could rate them zero stars I would.

  I have been attempting to use my Vyde account since the initial sign up in September of 2023. I have complained many times of my inability to actually take advantage the website, since I cannot access areas of the site which would show how the company is receiving and using information. My complaints have largely been ignored. IT apparently was contacted but I never heard from them how to actually utilize the website. I am left completely in the dark and strongly resent paying for a service I cannot use. I had high hopes this service would be beneficial for my first year of a small business, I was wrong.

  I know this firm underwent re-structuring in late 2023, but it was no excuse for the sheer negligence I had to deal with. It was almost like the entire tax firm just went home for half the year and just forgot that they had to file taxes for hundreds of businesses. I had established my business in 2023, so I had them file my personal tax return for 2022. I had filed for an extension for this and I ended up getting a letter from the *** saying that my extension was filed late and my taxes were due! It then took me over 3 months to get in contact with my tax advisor. When I finally got on the phone with them, he simply said "oops," they forgot about my tax return. Nice lol! If you want to pay a tax firm to not file your taxes then I would highly recommend these guys!

  Unresponsive, and no work whatsoever done in the last 5 months, while they keep charging me monthly. Software is confusing and does not work well, the people stated to be my liaisons are not, and I have to go through hoops and loops to get in contact with the right people. I have talked to three different tax experts and I still don't have a plan for my taxes coming next year. I would not recommend to anyone.

  Im at the point to where Im ready to cut ties with Mazuma and go to a different credit union. I had to get a new card because of fraud, understandable. They said itd take about 10 days to get the new card because theyre going through an update with their card machines. Okay. Well during my waiting period I recieved an email that there was a card error and to disregard the card that would be coming in the mail and a new one would be sent out. So I have to wait another almost 10 days before getting the correct card. This is so unconvenient and nobody likes having to constantly keep driving to the Mazuma location to get cash out and wasting more gas when I should have a debit card! Up until now Mazuma has been okay, which is why Im giving at least 2 stars, but this past week or so has been super frustrating and stressful as a consumer.

  Stay far away from this company! FAR AWAY! Waiting for updates since April and I'm writing this in August. Not only have they taken my money but I'm been stuck in live chat limbo to figure out what's going on. This is my first time doing business taxes and it is beyond late.
