    DO NOT USE MAZUMA USA, LLC or you will be kept in the loop between live chat and the booking team for months without any progress. A little bit of background story, I started my small business last Aug. 2022 and was referred to Mazuma by Incfile. I paid for the business tax and ******************** to MAZUMA at the end of March 2023, and so far they are still working on the books. My business only has $2k-3k in sales so it shouldn't take them a few months to figure out my books. They can't give me an estimated timeframe for when they will be finished my books which is worrisome.

    Terrible service. I paid a lot of money for absolutely nothing. I begged them for assistance. "Live chat" agents just told me that they were unable to help me, only my designated worker could help me, and they would promise she would call or email me back and she never did. I took videos of these conversations and documented how poorly this company (dare I say) OPERATES. Do not waste your time. Any good reviews on here have got to be paid or robots. I would never recommend this company. It was a relief when I finally got a representative to listen to me to end my subscription after attempting to leave Mazuma for TWO MONTHS. They wasted my money and my time. Disgraceful

    Started my business in 2020. *** File referred Mazuma. Long story short , they have not provided any service whatsoever. No tax services , nothing . Even had my business listed in their system incorrect. I am a S Corp. and they have me listed as an LLC. I have been paying since Oct 2020 and feel totally scammed and looking to recover my money as it is not over 2k. Highly dissatisfied with the communication and level of honesty as a company whom is dealing with your finances and personal information. SZ

    Terrible service! My bookkeeping is constantly open and I have chatted and called several times for this issue. I was told that someone would be reaching out to me and no one has. instead I've received emails saying my ticket was closed. Ive even received that email WHILE I was actively chatting with someone. Had all of my documents in for MONTHS and they filed an extension supposedly. The extension was good until today, October 15th, and its Saturday of Course they're closed and my taxes are not filed. They KEPT saying everything looks good and they will be filed on time. Today I received a message (while they're closed) saying my tax return checklist need to be completed and they're waiting on bookkeeping. My bookkeeping is saying completed in the dashboard. ABSOLUTELY FURIOUS!!! I logged into mazauma and now things that has been checked off for months are unchecked after I chatted with someone just yesterday and he stopped responding with me right in the middle of the chat. His name was *******, should've known. so now we can't refinance our home because our personal taxes are tied up in the business taxes AND I DON'T HAVE THEM. I want all of my money back and my taxes filed as promised. Its already the end of the year and taxes are on the way to being due again. never again!!!!

    Just set up my business with Incfile and had an appointment which this company did not keep. I took time off work and waited for the call and nothing. 2 hours later I got the call. I had to reschedule for the next day and again 1 hour late I got the call. My job is very involve and I can't just walk away from my work. Rescheduled for the third time which then, they didn't even call until 4 hours after the scheduled time. I can't trust a company that can't keep a simple appointment.
