This business is committing fraud. They advertise a 100 point credit score increase within 90 days WITH a warranty to end your contract if that obligation is not met. They make you sign a contract that is so convoluted, the average consumer would never understand. They DO NOT offer a warranty and they claim that the 100 point increase is a combination of ALL points from every credit bureau. They intentionally target minorities, people in poverty, and non-college educated individuals. They continue to lie by advertising a no up front cost. However, they REQUIRE an initial $150 fee up front before any work is performed. In my particular case, they did not increase my score by a single point and are refusing to end my contract. This is blatant fraud and deception to take advantage of low income people trying to improve their lives. This needs to be reported to the US attorneys office as they are committing multiple federal offenses.Business Response

I signed up for 90 day credit on the basis of at least 100 points in 90 days, Which they failed to reach,in which I believed would cancel the contract.due to financial hardships,I could no longer continue with them being a 70 year old man , totally disabled. This company is a scam. In their service agreement it states "PLEASE NOTE, NO PAYMENT IS REQUIRED UNTIL SERVICES ARE RENDERED IN FULL AND COMPLETED."
I signed up with them in august of 2022, paid $150 a month plus $30 for the credit monitoring website. After 90 not one item was removed from my credit report, and my score stayed the same. When I spoke to the women who was handling my case, she said they will try again and send out letters and hopefully it will land on a different persons desk... and then she said she can lower my price to $99 dollars a month, so I agreed to that.
Anther 30 days passed and again, not one single item was removed from my credit report and my score is the exact same number as it was back when I signed up.
I called and cancelled my contract because they did not do one thing. They will not refund my money of $587, even though when you speak to them to sign up they say money back if your score does no go up.
So I paid $587 for nothing. Stay away from this company.Business Response

We offer a 100 point Service Warranty for all of our clients that join our program because the results in credit repair are different for everyone, there is no such thing as a guarantee, but with our service warranty it protects you from being locked into a contract without getting results like most credit repair companies do. We have enough respect for our clients to tell them to STOP paying us if we can not raise their score a MINIMUM of 100 points in 90 days. They acknowledged that, and still would not refund my money. They just kept offering to lower my monthly payment.
And yes, I know I disputed the charges with my bank, and I should have cause the company is a scam.

I hired this company’s services to help with my credit scores. Their promise was to increase my scores by 100 points, and in those 90 days the company failed in communicating the process and results. Today I requested for this service to be cancelled and their representatives refutes citing contract. However, when looking at my credit scores, their credit report source shows much inflated scores than what another report I pulled the same day shows. I ask for this company to cancel the contract immediately, as they are providing me with the wrong information, while locking me in a contract of 12 months paying $150 monthly.Business Response

I signed up for this program in October. I was promised phone calls every month I was promised 100 points at 90 days and none of that has happened. I never get the phone calls the points have not gone up. I’ve done more for my credit in the last month on my own for free than they have done I was told I wouldn’t pay anything unless they had gotten my score up in 90 days and up 100 points across the three bureaus, which they have not done. I have asked them repeatedly to call me so that I could discuss canceling the service because they have not followed through and they actually are in breach of contract because they have not done the things that they said they would do in the contract. I have paid them $150 a month and I have seen nothing happened. I would like my $600 back or I’m going to continue the process with this and file a civil suit. RESPONSE for Complaint ID: ********This client signed up for our program on 10/3/22, within 90 days of working with our company we we're able to remove $6,025.00 of negative items off her credit report including 10 negative items. This client VOIDED the warranty by adding new negative items to her credit report during the 90 days. All clients that join our program agree to not add new negative items to their credit report and are informed IF they do it will VOID the warranty, thus, they will be responsible for the full balance. As a credit repair company we can help people remove past credit mistakes but if they are adding new negative items their scores will not go up.I have included this clients 90 day follow up results as well as a copy of the contract this client signed agreeing to the terms.
