    I signed up for their services in April 2023. After the first 90 days,which is what I contracted for, there was no increase to my scores, one dropped by 40 points. They called me in June at the end of the 90 days stating they needed to do another 90 days because my scores didnt improve due to a new negative being added to my report. False info. Hesitantly, I agreed to another 90 days. My representatives changed three times but I only knew this because I checked the portal. I sent messages inquiring about updates and what I needed to do and they did not respond. I did not get a response or any updates from July until January. After no responses and no real changes to my scores, I sent several messages on their portal and emails to cancel the service. They did not respond. They finally responded in January, well after the second 90 day period, when I stopped payment. When I had the payments stopped they began to send me threatening and harassing text messages and emails stating they were going to send negative reports to the credit bureaus if I didnt keep paying them. They also logged in to my credit monitoring account using my social security number and personal information and reset my password to my account. This was confirmed by a representative at *********. They did not have my permission to use my personal information this way and they did not have my permission to log into my account with another company. I am so disappointed in how this company has responded to me requesting to cancel their services after I paid them past the 90 days they initially quoted me, with no real results. They continue to try to charge my cards even after I asked several times in writing to cancel their services. They did nothing to help me, and did not communicate with me for months but still want to be paid. This is not okay. I want the threats to stop, stop using my personal information to log into my accounts, and stop attempting to charge me for services I did not receive.

    To briefly recap your services though the last follow up we had, we were able to get 8 negative items from the 3 credit bureaus reports, and have additional disputes sent out that we haven't heard from yet.

    I contracted 90 Day Credit Experts for credit repair on 9/14/2023, where I signed a contract to allow them to conduct credit repair for 90 days. According to the contract, please see attached documentation, credit service will go beyond the 90 days if any inquiries are conducted or any new accounts are reported to my account. I had a collection account added on 12/18/2023. I informed customer service that my contracted ended on 12/14/2023 and would like to end my contract. They stated that my account review was conducted after the 90 days due to holiday scheduled and therefore, my contract is still valid. Pursuant to the contract, my contract can be ended within 90 days and I believe my contract is fulfilled. I need assistance ending my contract as the obligations has been met.

    90 day credit experts are frauding me out of money. They continue to charge my card after they only sent out 1 round of disputes the last 5 months. I was told on the phone and I actually have the recording that he guaranteed my score would reach 670 or higher in the first 90 days. It isn't even at 600. They only got 1 credit agency to delete anything. My other 1 has 4 hard inquiries deleted and the last 1 has nothing. Nothing deleted. These people are a complete scam and there should be some kind of lawsuit on them. How they are allowed to do business is beyond me. I have sent several messages and they won't even return my emails and are STILL charging me. So basically I am going to spend close to 3k for 1 round of disputes. This is appalling.

    WHEN THEY SAY THEY WILL INCREASE YOUR SCORE 100 POINTS THAT INCREASE IS AVERAGED OVER 3 CREDIT AGENCIES. WHO WOULD PAY THIS KIND OF MONEY FOR A COMBINATION OF 33.33 POINT INCREASE OVER 3 CREDIT REPORTING AGENCIES? I HAVE ASKED FOR A REFUND TO NO AVAIL. MY INCREASED SCORES WERE DO SOLEY TO ME PAYING DOWN DEBT. THEY DIDN'T REMOVE ANYTHING FROM MY REPORTS EXCEPT FOR AN AUTO LOAN WHICH WAS IN GOOD STANDING AND INQUIRIES WHICH DID NOTHING TO INCREASE MY SCORES. THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM AND I AM REPORTING THEM TO EVERY GOVERMENT AGENCY POSSSIBLE FOR TAKING ADVANTAGE OF SENIORS LIKE THIS.     ******, we are sorry to hear you had a bad experience with us. We discussed this collective increase with you on a recorded call which you verbally agreed to. Our contract also states the same which you signed. One thing to remember as well, is a warranty like ours is virtually unheard of in the credit repair industry. I'm actually not aware of a single company that warranties their work and challenges every single negative item on a credit report at the beginning. We did all that work on our end as promised and were continuing to work on these negative items when some of them remained on the report after the first round. Credit repair takes time and we aren't always 100% effective the first round which is why our warranty is in place. Our process is however very effective and the other positive reviews about us are accurate. We have been able to help many clients clean up their credit and be able to qualify for homes, cars, etc. Helping clients like this is our mission and our reason for being in business.

    This company withheld information and used existing information against me claiming I defaulted in the 90 day agreement. My stem ends and credit reports clearly show otherwise. They are very underhanded in their dealing. Now they have been trying to debit my card every day for the last 3 months

    Entered by BBB staff LO Consumer states he hired the business in February 2023. He pays $150.00 per month. He noticed in August that they are taking $150.00 out weekly now which was unauthorized. He cancelled his account on 8/2/23 via email. On 8/12, 8/18 and 8/28 they took $150.00 out of his account each time (he disputed these charges with the bank). He contacted them again today and he was told he is unable to cancel.

I can see our billing team made multiple attempts to reach you to set up a payment arrangement but was not able to reach you. Per the the contract you signed it states: "Late Charge. If any payment is more than ******************************************************************************************** an amount of 5% of the overdue installment or any such amount as permitted by law from time to time. Company will only charge Client for one delinquency per late payment. No Late Charge will be charged under a written extension or deferral attempt fails, client(s) authorizes Company to attempt to use any other payment methods on file to keep client(s) current. If these attempts also fail, the client(s) file will be placed on a Non-Payment Hold until payment(s) are brought current."

    90 day credit experts took my money before doing any work and that’s a law they broke because you can’t take money before doing work on someone’s credit report. They took my money before performing any work I will say they did remove 6 negative accounts but over the last two months they ignored me and all they wanted was money I even tried calling them which I have a paper trail of every interaction or every time I tried calling them i been bounced around to three different representatives for them peighton Alyssa and now a carli that is bad for business also when I call the representative would be in a so called meeting or at lunch I left several messages for them to call yea they called me but it was wanting a 150 dollar payment they finally gave me the impression all they was after is Money if you google them please read some of there reviews from other people complaining the good one are people that was paid or worked for them I had that checked into.if they don’t give me my money back for two months or if they contact my bank for the disputed transactions I will move forward with a law suite against them and file proper complaints against them in sc and Utah with the attorney general’s office they already threatened me with a collection agency so they can do what they want and I promise you I will fight them with legal action and a class action law suite and a defamation lawsuit as well enough is enough!!

    *******, we do not collect ANY money until AFTER your disputes are filed. You are absolutely right we would be breaking the law if we did. You signed up for our program on 3/28/2023, your disputes we're filed on 4/3/2023 (You were texted and emailed your Tracking Numbers with the USPS) your first payment was not until 4/7/2023. We abide by all CROA and Business laws. Looking at your account the reason your score did not go up 100 Points is because you added 4 new late payments to your credit report while we were working on your file. That is why when you sign up we have a Registration Call with you telling you to not add new negative impacts to your credit report, because that defeats the purpose of the work we are doing on our end. Below I have attached this client's results showing our team was successful in removing 4 negative items worth $9,424.

    Yes they did get some accounts deleted that was it is what they posted which I did not give permission to share with anyone else I will seek legal action for that also sharing my confidential information and showing my credit scores to his knows who they called me Thursday begging me to cancel this with you my bank and the cfpb I texted yes to get them to quit hounding me these people only want your money that’s all they care about if they put anything negative on my credit reports I will have them in a class action lawsuit and that’s a promise!!!

    This is a very dishonest complaint and the previous manager did reply back and gave information regarding the complaint.

    The customer was very rude and didn't follow through on the agreed terms and conditions.

    We still cancelled his contract and stopped charging him to resolve the issue.

    Despite numerous attempts to cancel service, the company employs stall and delay tactics repeating the same you have to wait until next cycle to cancel. I have sent messages since April to cancel.

    I inquired in Jan 11, 2023 about the services provided. During the sales call Danny A***** assured me in the enrollment process that I could cancel at any time. 90 Day Credit touts they can improve your score in 90 days by 100 points. During this time I had 3 different account reps and when we I say the 90 day expiring on April 11th. I tried emailing the Reps, Aly P******, then Linda L***** , then Jocelyn L**** to inquire on cancelling since they guarantee wasn't met and no one responded until after April 11th to say that even if the warranty was not met of increasing my score by 100 points. Jocelyn told me because my credit balance increased (which was after the 90 days). I made the warranty invalid. I asked for subscription to be cancelled as 90 days also has you sign up for a credit monitoring company which charges a separate fee. I told her that 90 day experts didn't make good on their warranty and was told it didn't matter. I am still being charged $100 a month and they refuse to cancel the agreement.

    We did call you before we even started sending out the letters by providing the Dos and Don'ts in order for us to give you those scores and not hurt your scores furthermore.

    you got your credit cards usage increased by $2000 and that is a negative impact that pulled down your scores and hindered the results that we did for you.

    I don’t want or need they’re services anymore but they’re illegally treating me about a contract. Once again illegal business practices, they locked me under a contract to keep me from canceling my services. I signed up with this company last year June 2022. They’re supposed to make progressive communication calls to let the consumer know what they’re doing for the consumer. All they do is take my money every month without any explanation on what’s being done. Now they’re threatening to put negative remarks on my credit report for not complying with their shake down. I would like to have them return all the money that was paid out to them because my credit score is the same from the day that I hired them to make corrections to my credit report.

    we did not threaten you, we informed you what would happen if you did not follow the agreed terms you and the company service have.

    We called you multiple times, and every time you answer we try to resolve and provide you with an explanation so you could understand .
