    The Angel Studio Guild advertises 20% off merchandise for their premium guild membership- at an annual rate of $179.00. When I joined I received an email saying I would get 20% off every purchase made in the online store. The code I was given was invalid. I reached out to customer support and was sent another website that was not referenced in the angel guild member page or the ad to join that said member codes were one time only. This is a scam. So you pay the extra to get the 20% off merchandise for the year only to get that one time. I hope people know that; this was months ago and no adjustment was made to my membership payment, no refund of my membership fee even though I requested a refund and a cancellation of membership, no apology was made or attempt to resolve, and I was not given a discount code that could be continually used for merchandise discounts. I highly recommend being careful; the advertisement was never updated and even though I quoted the Angel Studios welcome to the Guild email saying I would get the advertised 20% off every purchase they didn't even honor their own email. Don't waste your time. Also, to clarify, this is not a Christian film studio, they are Mormon; hence, the open tomb necklaces and no cross necklaces, the "find the light" messaging, and the free tickets; the films are an avenue to share their beliefs with people much like any other studio shares their concepts of feminism, inclusivity, or other beliefs so for people not looking to invest in that the Guild membership may not be for you.

    -After the stated order window of 10 days transpired with no shipping confirmation, I began attempting contact (Multiple times) with the company via their website, thus far all I have received is automated responses. With no remedy just excuses. No contact phone number, today contacted the BBB and obtained a number and so after multiple attempts this morning receiving nothing but a busy signal, I tried the number again after lunch and received a message stating "This person is not accepting call at this time". I called back immediately and again received a busy signal again.
    -Payment was made on my credit card with no shipping notification.

    I was in the movie theatre 12/9/2023 and at the end of the film they request you to take a picture of the URL code up on the screen and "pay it forward" and buy tickets for others that can't afford tickets. I did this in a darkened theatre and bought 75 tickets instead of the two I intended. I am 70 and my vision in the dark, even with glasses, isn't good. My bank alerted me and I immediately contacted my bank and emailed Angel Studios within an hour of the mistake. I received an automated email reply and to this date have not heard back from anyone. The phone number they have listed is not in service. My Purchase Receipt # is : *******.

    I don't normally go to a theater. Hate the crowds in them. But, decided to to go see a movie from a supposedly "christian" company, So ordered tickets through them online. I received an error that they couldn't confirm my tickets but they charged my credit card. Couldn't get in touch with anyone and I was left to decide to drive 45 minutes to the theater in hopes that it would work out, or not go and ruined the evening I had planned.

    I filed a complaint and decided to go and when we got there, there were no tickets in my name so I bought them myself through the theater themselves, hoping the pending charge on my credit card would drop off. It didn't. Two days later checked my credit card and the charge was processed. So I filed another complaint. This time I got a message back telling me that I only need to file one complaint and that was it. Never heard from the, again.

    Like the Benefactor, Angel Studios loves chaos.

    On 9/22/2022, I paid $300 to Angel Studios on their Tuttle Twins store site with the expectation that I would receive 10 animation frames, my name in the Season 2 credits, an NFT and Merch Discounts. My order number is #******. To this date, almost three months later, I have not received any of the promised materials. In fact, I have not even received so much as a Thank You from the company. I have reached out to them for over a week for information on this but have yet to receive nothing more than an automated response. I feel they have not done anything to resolve the issue and have forced me to involve the Better Business Bureau. I would like them to either send what they promised or an entire refund.
