      This is a great app not only for workouts, but also supports nutrition and mind/body connection. ****** is a devoted coach and motivator. She is always available and very positive. This has been a wonderful experience!

      Ive purchased from this site back in 2020 due to me not being able to get to the gym. (Im a ************ girl and couldnt risk me not working out). Let me tell you - the barbell and the weights are absolutely amazing !! Great equipment to last a lifetime. Plus the owner is super sweet and answers all questions! I highly recommend !!

      Do not buy from this company they will not comply or refund they will wait to your return expires and then want you to bye again after you pay so much for there product.

      I would like to say that in the anticipation of receiving the call I thought it would be like every other experience I have had. Where I have felt hopeless and no intention in moving forward with my goals. After speaking with the BBcoach I can say I am ready to tackle this workout journey again and make it a permanent lifestyle. The coach educated me on the nutrition, metabolism, and ways to keep myself motivated. Understanding the science behind why my body is struggling to lose weight helps me approach it differently.
