      I ordered the barbell after seeing an ad for it, which came with a lot of helpful information and a 1 on 1 call to discuss goals, nutrition, and fitness plan. I had my call and it was a really informative and supportive call, I got a lot of valuable information. Haven't received my order yet but I look forward to getting to use them.

      Super fantastic communication with my coach. She offered me simple, no-nonsense ideas to put into action right away! Even sent me a personal video of ********** exercises specialized to my needs. I need to lose weight, gain energy and lessen pain in hips and knees. Cant wait to start the 4 week boot camp tomorrow
