    Ordered a pair of shoes on June 23rd 2025. Yes, they were on sale ending in.99 but not a final sale item ending in .97 or .98 as stated on the website. On the order form final sale did not come under the item. I was aware of their new policy because I was already stung by them once. Joke was on me, on July 3rd when my order arrived(still no mention of final sale on the packing list) I tried the shoes and they were too small. Naturally I requested a return, which was denied. So, I called customer service and the agent was rude and argued with me that everything was final sale at that time. It was posted somewhere on their website. BS!!!So I am stuck with a pair of 140$ shoes, that I can't wear. No more Sundance for me. I was a loyal customer for close to 20 years. I am making it my mission to contribute to demise of this once great company. Buyers beware! Do not spend your hard earned money on Sundance Living!

    obviously they are going out of business. continuous flash sales, free shipping and many many FINAL ******** here is their scam:you order somethings - everything appears to be in stock.then you get a notice, several items are "backordered". BUT they WERE backordered when you ordered them but they didn't want you to know that so you would pay for th item. unbeknownst to you --- the item was on final sale! so now that they cant get it for you they give you a store credit. you wanted a refund - sorry no - it was on final sale. even though it wasn't indicated. you now have to 1. buy something you didn't really want and 2. buy something that guess what?! is BACKORDERED again. this is an unethical but brilliant way to reduce inventory while going out of business.This company is NOT the same. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING! you will end up getting a bunch of things you dont want and the ones you do want will be backordered and they will continue to play this game. shame on sundance. What a despicable company and unethical business practice.

    I placed an order 4/4/2025 for two items one of which was promptly refunded three days later without any explanation or communication. The remaining item was on backorder with an estimated availability date of May 15, 2025. When I had not received any shipping notice by the last week of May, I checked the website and saw the item listed as in stock, with a note stating it usually ships in ******************************************************************** the order received and that mine would probably ship within two weeks. Given the circumstances, I found this response unacceptable.On June 2, I sent an email requesting resolution after being unable to reach anyone by phone due to long hold times. As of today, June 16, I have not received any response to that email.On June 6, I called again, waited on hold, and was told the item was indeed in stock. I was assured the item would be requested for expedited shipping. At that time, I made it clear: if the item could not ship within one week, I would prefer a full ********* of today over ten weeks after placing the order I still have not received the item, any shipment notice, or satisfactory communication.This is not the first time Ive experienced issues. In September 2024, I received an order that included an incorrect item and another in the wrong color. I was told at the time that these errors were due to switching to a new system. I had hoped that nearly nine months later, those issues would have been resolved. I will say I ordered 1 item 6/4/2025, which shipped in a few days and has been received.I have been a loyal customer and previously appreciated doing business with Sundance. Unfortunately, this experience has left me extremely disappointed.

    Worst customer service. I used to love this ********************** and order from them frequently but in the last 6 months or so, the quality of the products and the customer service have both taken a huge hit. It appears the company is going bankrupt. Like so many others, I placed an order months ago. I wasnt informed that the product isnt actually available and have been waiting since February to receive an item I was charged for back then. **************** has been no help. Emails are going unanswered, customer service **** on phone and chat know nothing, frustrating because it takes an hour to even get a hold of someone. Going to dispute the charge with my credit card. What a hasslenot worth the time to order from them. Id give negative stars if I could.

    I placed an order, was very disappointed in the quality and filled out return info online. They said they needed to review the return and would email me. After over 3 weeks I called, waited 45min on line, and was treated rudely by the gal when I asked about the lack of followup on the return. She stated 'that's how the process works'. Clearly they are hoping you never call for the return label and you fall outside the return window. Buyer beware!

    I return $250 worth of jewelry and it took 21 days, three phone calls (on hold 20 minutes) and finally I had to send a nasty chat threatening to have my credit card dispute the charges. On day 22 I received an email stating my refund was processed and it would take up to ten days to receive it. I have shopped Sundance for years and used to be pleased with their service.I will never purchase anything from this company again. Is ****** ******* aware of how this company has gone down the toilet?

    Ordered a skirt and camisole March 12 2025. I received an email confirming my order shortly after placing it and the money was charged to my credit card right away. No subsequent emails were received - nothing indicting when the order would ship or that one or more of the items was on backorder. Finally received an email April 8 (27 days after placing the order) saying my order was ON ITS WAY.On April 10 a small package was delivered by *****. Only the camisole was included. On subsequent calls to Sundance I was told the skirt was on back order until April 18. But that was not a firm date - it could come in sooner or it could some in later. April 15, I received a call from Sundance customer service and was told that the skirt had come in and was bling shipped out. As of today - April 19. I still have not received the skirt. I have called Sundance agains, but they cannot tell me where it is. If it has arrived in stock or if it has been shipped out. WTF - Sundance has had my money for 38 days and cannot even give me a reasonable answer as to when I might actually expect this very expensive shirt. All I got was a bunch of run around and excuses about a server crash and system change.turns out the server crash happened months ago. I have informed customer service that if I do not received the skirt by Tuesday April 22, I will reverse the charges on my credit card. Since Sundance cant seem to manage orders due to system and server issues, I am certainly not fog to trust them to issue a refund.

    Like others, I used to love Sundance customer service. They have switched to directing everything through the Shop app. Since then, I have placed two orders, both of which were only partially delivered. I never received any notification about the missing items. I have emailed Sundance multiple times but have not received a response. I'm trying to either get a refund or information about whether the items will ever arrive. This has always been an expensive place to shop, but it was my favorite go-to. Now it just feels like a scam..

    I used to love Sundance Catalog, but of late the customer service has significantly deteriorated. I have tried several times to call them. The calls remained perpetually on hold. Ive reverted to using the chat system. The chat agents Ive spoken to dont know what theyre doing and provide erroneous information. They take forever to return to the session and then they lead you in circles. The situation started when I placed an order, and it is now going on 12 business days and I still dont have my package. I spoke to three different chat employees days regarding the package and none were able to come up with a solution. It seems as if Sundance catalog is delaying me so that I dont get my refund or replacement I have documented the conversations with screenshots, and it just shows a lot of nonsensical comments made by the chat agents and no resolution. I do not recommend ordering from this catalog again. The customer service is awful. This is the second time in two months that Ive had an issue with receiving a package. Sundance is no longer trustworthy to me.

    This company is a scam. I tried to return my items using the shipping label provided. The post office says that it does not exist. I got on the phone and sat on hold. No one ever picked up. How can a company operate like this? I see several complaints here for the same type of issue. I wish they had a -negative star rating!
