    I returned a coat (order #********) back in October. I contacted Sundance 11/20 inquiring if they received the return since I was never refunded. The *** said they received it and refund was being processed and shed send an email update. Never heard back. So I called again on 11/25 and got the same story and no refund or email update. I emailed customer service last week hoping Id get more information, but never heard back. I called again this morning (12/03) and *** said theres an IT problem processing returns and she has no idea when I will be refunded my $200. Apparently, Im not alone. I used to be a loyal customer but will never shop ********************** again.

    Had an order on 11/16 and no shipping confirmation email. Wrote email inquiring about this with no response. Did a chat who said I would grt a refund because they cant ship the three shoe I ordered. Said I would get an email in the morning and a refund. No email or refund yet. Not sure how they stay in business if they cant communicate and process refunds in a timely manner.

    Came here to leave a review, but want to address some things in other reviews. People dont realize not all companies are ******. Sundance is a small company. Theyre well known because of ****** *******, but that doesnt mean they function like a big box store. ****** ******* is an ethical man who cares about his employees, artists, and customers. For there not to be exploitation in some aspect of the business process, it cannot be up to par with ******. I had an order that was on pause due to a server error. The lady I spoke to sounded like she was almost in tears because of probably an angry previous caller. I know there can be other factors at play, but at the end of the day - its just stuff. They had a server issue that I guess was pretty bad, but the lady said they are updating all their systems which is great to hear a company is actually trying to make things better. My only complaint is I really wish they would communicate things better on their website. Their shipping & handling page uses different terminology than the shipping options at checkout, which is confusing. They also dont clearly display what days are shipping, days. I think companies dont realize how much people value transparency these days. If they would just add a notice on the website about some of the errors they have been experiencing, I think a lot of people would be receptive. A business valuing communicating with their customers about possible issues instead of focusing on their fear of losing customers (which I totally get - I want everyone to keep their jobs and Sundance to stay in tact), I think it would be better received. Even a ******** post or something. Outside of this, everyone - please remember people are human. Again, not everything functions like ******. (who doesnt care about you). Speaking from experience, the smaller companies like Sundance care a whole lot more about the product, their employees, and their customers. Please be kind.

    I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO USE MY GIFT CARD GIVEN TO ME FOR MOTHERS DAY. I HAVE CALLED, CHATTED, AND EMAILED. THEY SAY SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH THEIR SYSTEM, WELL FIND OUT WHAT & FIX IT!!! THE STORES CANNOT ACCEPT THEM EITHER AND FOR AWHILE THEY COULD NOT EVEN TAKE CREDIT CARDS NO RESPONSE FROM ANYONE ABOUT THE CAUSE OR PROBLEM, STRANGE THERE IS NOTHING IN THE NEWS ABOUT THIS, I HAVE MY GIFT CARD RECEIPT SO WHAT THE?????

    Terrible customer service. I have been waiting over a month now for a refund on my return. I was told all kinds of excuses on why it was taking so long. Each time I have called it was in another step of the process and would take 3 more days, then 5 more day, then the system went down. I still have not received the refund:( Also, you must wait at least 20 minutes for someone to answer the phone. Inexcusable, I will not order from this company again!

    They won't refund the money they owe me! I have contacted them through email and phone calls. I returned a bracelet immediately after receiving it. Sundance has had the bracelet for 6 WEEKS and they refuse to refund ***** NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM SUNDANCE.The absolute worst customer service.

    Don't order from this company.. place an order on 10/13/24 & still have not gotten my order. All communication has been initiated by me. Today when I asked to have the order cancelled, I was told that it could not be done because the order was in packaging, but yet they could not give me an approximate date of delivery. Very poor service!

    Charges on my CC that arent approved or placed. **************** is backed up and pretty much not responsive, but new unapproved charges occurring today.Initial payment for one order was deducted immediately, but no confirmation or receipt from the company.Buyers beware. Seems they have been hacked.

    Dont do business with this company!They take your money for the purchase immediately but forever for the refund. How long? Im still waiting to see. Placed an online order which I never received and finally called after two weeks of placed order. Called and was told oh yea, looks like your products were sold out when you placed the order, theyre back in stock so do you want to order again?!?Back up the cart, why didnt I receive an email or something telling me this? She said I should have received a postcard which I didnt. When I was in store, I was checking out with an eyelet blouse and the price she quoted (off the computer) was higher than was on the tag. She did allow me the lower price then told her associate to get all the blouses and they would have to re-tag them for the following day. Then I see their 25 percent sale started right after. So theyre adjusting the prices up as a sale is announced. Love their clothes but not worth having to go through all this hassle!

    I ordered boots from Sundance catalog on 11-6- was on my credit card on 11-7, 2023 for $272.79- boots didn’t fit so returned boots on 11,8 & using their return label for $7.75–charge for boots hasn’t been refunded to my account- finally got to agent on 11-18- seems there were a # of agents along the way - spoke with agent in SLC today- they’re only on the 15-16 day returns & so it will take a couple of days for return to be refunded - I will never order from this company again.
