    Im an experienced carrier starting a new business with doing OTR using a box truck. With having a new MC# is hard to find consistent work. Being experienced I understand that part of the business, but FLEETSMARTS has gone far and beyond to make my 1st 90 days as painless as possible. For example by Recommending great dispatchers, ***************** as well as answering questions with your best interest at heart. Its been Early, but Ive been quite pleased working with FLEETSMARTS. I would recommend them to any new carriers as trusted partner to grow your business

    I had one discrepancy with this company . We worked through that issue. After that I like there format or lay out of there system. Pretty easy, fast payment as long as everything is loaded right. ***** was my fleet manager .very easy going pleasant to work with. If not going to do ****** I would stay here I do recommend there services.

    I never signed any documents with this company and they filled my *** with my permission they we have verbal ok that is not make sense when you sign you agree with signing how is work and they said paid $500 oh my good If anyone calls you claiming to be ***** from FLEET SMART, or anything that has to deal with fleetsmart, dont answerblock them immediately because its a scam. I saved her first number as Dont Pick ***** (FLEET DOOM), but then she called me with the other number. Anyway, Ill share more details soon about my experience with this so-called FLEET SMART companycalling it SMART is a joke. wish there is an option for negative five star cuz thats what they deserve

    I'm getting terrible experience whit ********** I signed a contract for 2.75 and they some time take 3.75 or 6.75 but never take 2.75 always they give me a excuse but not pay. My account manager never answer. FLEETSMART IS A SCAAAAMMMMMM!!!

    This company is absolute GARBAGE. ***** and ***** have completely mishandled every dollar I've factored through them. They promised a certain percentage but I get charged more than that. They railroads me into a contract situation when my company was less than a week old. They have lied or been completely wrong about time-frame on money transfers and left me stranded without fuel money out of state. I warn anybody that will listen to steer clear of them. They **** at their job and don't care about you at all. Their sole purpose is to lock you in and find a way to sue your company.

    Fleetsmart is a big-time scam. They placed a ***-1 on my company without my knowledge. They shipped fuel cards without my request. I have been attempting to get a Letter of Release (LOR) since November 2024. It has been such bad experience. It's a total nightmare. The only way to be in contact with any manager is through email. Finally on February 6, ******************************************* a form to fill out that demanded I pay $500 for something I never agreed to. I don't understand how this company is still in operation. I want to move on. I want my LOR! I will be taking legal action.

Which was spoken and understood on the phone. This filing is not a lien on your business and if you choose to go elsewhere with your business you may do so. With that being said we would love to earn your business as we know our fuel discounts and factoring rates are very competitive in today's market.

I never signed ANYTHING and Never did ny business with this company yet they have put a *** on my company and will not release it so I can't go with a ********** company. They must release this and I have called and written many times. HELP!!
