    This company is a total SCAN. They have a verbal SCAN going on, They file unauthorized UCCs and Account Manager ******* ***** want to charge $1000 for letter of releases. Do not do business with them. they get you on the phone to talk to you about a fuel card they will use that as a verbal consent to sign you up for a fuel card and once that happens they will file a ucc-1 on your MC for a line of credit for the fuel card. If they receive a call from them DO NOT ANSWER or hang up immediately. It feels like they intentional attempt to trap small businesses and block them from moving forward with other service providers. They will accuse you of making a verbal agreement. Im going after them legally.

    Ive dealt with a few factoring companies but Fleetsmarts stands out. The customer service is fantastic, and the discounts are way better than the competition.

    When you pay close attention to what other companies out there are doing you'll realize Fleetsmarts hold their own. The relationship with my company has grown to my satisfaction and I'm pleased with not only the factoring aspect but also their fuel card has never let me down. I'm hoping to continue growing my company with them. My account manager *** has been a pleasure to work with. I'll recommend Fleetsmarts to both start *** and established carriers.
