    It was a rough start since Fleetsmarts is a relatively new factoring company. They have their teething problems but having been in trucking for 9 years, they're the best at solving problems. Right off the bat they have a fuel credit program.They also have a maintenance assistance program & will help you aquire new equipment after one year.Most of all their customer service is top notch; ***** ******* is a class act at handling my issues & will go out of his way for customers.I'm glad I renewed my contract for another ******* compliments to the entire ******** look forward to another year of ************************ You!

    Best factoring company *** worked with so far. Fleetsmarts keeps things transparent, no hidden fees. Their account managers actually listen, and the customer service team is top-notch. Loving the discounts on maintenance and fuel too.

    My account manager **** made my onboarding painless. Walked me through every step, answered all my questions (even the annoying ones), and stayed in touch whenever I am having issues. I really love her because she always help me.

    These guys are improving honestly, Im on a second year of contract with them now. I work with ***** from A to Z and this guy is a champ on getting things taking care off. The staff at ********** is average, keep it up guys.
