  I had ****** call me bc I was having issues with percentages and she went above and beyond to help me out and lock in a solution to my situation. She listened to my issues and she did a great job on finding a reasonable solution to it! I was about to throw the towel in and planned on leaving them but after speaking with ****** she changed my mind and if everything goes well to the deal we have setup I may actually stay with them. So time will tell but as of now im not planning on leaving them and im currently happy with them .Thank you very much ****** really hope your boss realizes they have a good one on his team

  Ive dealt with a few factoring companies before, but Fleetsmarts stands out. The app is easy to use, and I get my money fast. What really sold me is their 24/7 support I had an issue at 10pm on a Saturday, and someone still answered. Thats rare.

  This company is a total scam. They file unauthorized UCCs and want to charge $500 for letter of releases. Do not do business with them. Tell your peers. If they receive a call from them DO NOT ANSWER or hang up immediately. They will accuse you of making a verbal agreement. Im going after them legally. They must pay!

  We understand your frustration and appreciate the opportunity to clarify the ********* claim we filed a *** without your authorization and that we accused you of a verbal agreement. However, during a recorded call with our representative *******, the *** filing was clearly explained and your response was "OK." This exchange took place immediately after the *** process was outlined, including how it helps open a fuel card credit line. Below is the exact transcript from the call:"Let us know, alright, so I'll go ahead and prepare everything here in our system so that while waiting for the fuel card to arrive, since you're based here in the state of **********, to prepare everything in our system and to open up a credit line for the fuel card in the future as well, is we file what's called a UCC one to register us with the state as a payee and allows us to open a credit line for you, alright?"You replied: "OK."This call reflects your agreement. Without consent, we do not file a ***. Your response constitutes authorization, and the process was explained in full prior to your verbal confirmation.We offer multiple options for release if a customer no longer wishes to proceed:Option 1: Pay the $500 processing fee and receive a Letter of Release within 45 days of your original request.Option 2: Try our services with genuine intent for 60 days. If you are not satisfied, we will issue the Letter of Release at no ******* is also important to note that some competitors often tell carriers they will not work with them unless they obtain a release, when in reality it is the competitors own policy not to work with companies that have a *** filed. Fleetsmarts continues to work with clients even if they have **** filed by other companies. That is part of what makes us a better option. We offer significantly lower rates than most traditional factoring companies, and because they cannot compete with our pricing, they resort to underhanded tactics to push customers away.We encourage you to revisit the facts and resolve this constructively.   I did not receive my virtual card and was at the pump and representative **** I spoke to was able to get the virtual number for me and help me set up my wallet within the Love's app and I was able to pump gas successfully and she stayed on the line with me the whole time I couldn't be more grateful. Thank you!

  Horrible customer service they lie and say 2.5 percent but will have you pay 8.5 percent no answer no response just horrible all the way around worse company *** ever dealt with in my life

  You signed up for the bundle program where you get 2.5%, which is a really low rate considering you are a box truck. However, we promised you that rate because you promised to fuel with ******, we promised that we'd give you the best price anywhere if you fueled, and if we could not do that, then you don't have to fuel. But you didn't fuel with us.I'm not sure why you didn't, because we have to match any price under our contract, but you simply didn't do your part of the deal.We certainly can review your rate if you tell us why you aren't fueling. As it stands, you are getting a 4% penalty. We can waive that if you just talk to us.

  I am responding to a message here in response to the company comment. In your response, you mentioned that we could resolve these issues if we talked to you. We have tried numerous time to get in contact with someone at the company and have expressed multiple times that we felt the fuel withdrawals are unfair. We have tried communicating with our account manager **** and are only met with unanswered emails and calls. We have done an investigation into the funds being withheld and it is around 8%, not the 4% like you are mentioning.
